FINALLY, a Grand Homes with a courtyard. I got spoiled by Taylor Morrison models, which all seem to have courtyards, but this is the only one out of about 15 Grand Homes that I've seen (so far) with a courtyard. Are there any other Grand Homes models with courtyards?
This video does not feel like it is a Flycam because it doesn't fly high or even over the pool, it walks over the stairs. To me, it feel like a person holding a gimple and another person controlling the camera. I want to see it go a little higher then waist length.

This filming is pretty bad in my opinion. Way too fast movements, getting sick watching it. While I appreciate that you went out and bought a steadycam....the use of it is not professional at all. Gentle, easy shots would have showcased this home much better.
@ Jennifer Scott...These videos were made practicing a proof of concept. since then we've come a long way. search "Toll Brothers Hampton Model" you won't be disappointed.
O.K. ...here's the deal. I probably spent an hour, looking at a number of these 'McMansions'; after a while, my ooh's and ah's, turned into impatience and 'WTH'. While--of course--I could not find much to criticize, after about the fourth home, they all started to look alike. Oh, sure they're extravagant, and 'over-the-top', but...why crammed so close together? LIke a trailer park; NO back yards. No privacy. And ther closets were--frankly--flimsy. I guess I did like the 'Grand Empress'.
