Beautiful home needs updating in the bathrooms n kitchen. Backyard needs tlc like a fire pit outdoor kitchen little landscaping. Too cluttered top floor beautiful but with a great designer and a great stagging this house is a dream.
This house does not have a garage because is a Model Home used for showing potential buyers the houses looks and features as well as what all the rooms would be used for, In reality the houses garage will be included, I looked at the floor plan on their web site is actually near the front door.

This house reminds of the house that the BUSBY family you know the all female quintuplets in league city texas used to live in.... it's such so uncanny it's like a similar layout but with a few major differences here and there but beautiful house tho Butttt..... no liking how the master bedroom ensuite doesn't have frosted window like what the heck don't people understand the concept of privacy and stuff like your neighbours can or will see you butt naked tho?? Some of the interior is so dark and the bathrooms are quite dull upstairs the lighting needs sorting
It's okay not bad of a house. I love the front entry of the house. The kitchen itself need a makeover.. It's pretty however, it takes away from the house. I love the house and everything else. But I am not feeling the kitchen

If this is my house, I would put wallpaper black and white on the entry, and the blue bedroom, bigger windows on the 2nd bathroom to get more light. The pool position is pretty awkward. Not impressed!

A big mistake in this builders floorplan it´s the walk in closet allways into the bathroom. This is WRONG. And if u wanna put it into the bathroom at least make the entry next to the bathroom door. I don´t understand why i must walk ALL the bathroom to get dress.
