Anyone know why the most of the Avanti trains are white? And the LNWR trains have the old midlands livery? Did it take that long to repaint? Edit: Oh VM stopped operating in 2019. I thought it was 2017 when I checked on wiki.
The Pendolino trains were required to be repainted from 2016, since they had reached 15 years of age. Virgin Trains decided to go with the base white with red flowing silk vinyls. When the franchise ended, most of the trains, still continued in base white, with no branding until Avanti could roll out its new livery. London North Western Railway still continues to operate some 350s in London midland livery. These will probably be replaced within the next year.
During Avanti's early years (2019-2021), it was common for just the ends to carry the livery, but, slowly but surely the full livery appeared. 390155 was the only one in the full livery during this period and even to this day, its livery differs slightly from the others.
I am looking to include this in the 2022 version Harry, during COVID, HS1 was barely used and it would have taken a lot of effort to gain several minutes of footage. Thanks for your suggestion and understanding 😃
Hi there the voyager preservation society channel has a copyright strike due because of the video promoting your channel .... did you initiate it or was it automatic? If you wanted it removed I would have done :-)
Hi Lex, I'm sorry to hear that, I do have a removed video notification from Google stating that they found similar videos from Sept 2020 and that they had been 'removed'. TH-cam has been doing this automatically more recently and I have four other notifications that I never began. If you would like me to attempt to retract the strike and allow you to remove the video manually, I can email google.
Hi Vinci’s, the second clip is at Lichfield Trent Valley, there’s a link in the description to my full video at this station. It has some clips that weren’t used here!
Hi Michel, I was surprised at just how many 222s are in the new livery! It was close to if not more than 50% of the ones I saw! There's also a HST planned in that livery which I am hoping to video soon. Thanks for your comment/

@@StarlifeStudios As far as I know both the ECML and the GW are being upgraded each receiving billions of pounds. Capital cities such as Edinburgh and Cardiff will get much better, faster, cleaner services all the way to London. HS2 is more than a HS line, it is a national endeavour which will help the country get rid of tens of thousands of polluting car journeys on a daily basis and will link the big english conurbations like a modern, green, fast, metro system. The northern HS3 linking Liverpool and Hull will make waves for the growing conurbations on both sides of the Pennines, like Greater Manchester and Metro Leeds, located alongside it. Regards

During Avanti's early years (2019-2021), it was common for just the ends to carry the livery, but, slowly but surely the full livery appeared. 390155 was the only one in the full livery during this period and even to this day, its livery differs slightly from the others.
Great video 👌 , I can't take my breath
Great compilation.
Thanks Landlordbloke, I really appreciate your kind comments. I hope to do another one this year with some extra routes 😃
I love Avanti west coast
I love that sound of class 800 going to Worcester shrub hill
Good video mate with lots of good shots,
I was just wishing you had a hs1 section as it’s the uks fastest trains
I am looking to include this in the 2022 version Harry, during COVID, HS1 was barely used and it would have taken a lot of effort to gain several minutes of footage. Thanks for your suggestion and understanding 😃
Brilliant video!! Fantastic mate. Whats the station at 1425? Cheers
Hi Crescountry, the station is Marks Tey on the Great Eastern Mainline. Thanks for watching 😃
@@StarlifeStudios cheers mate :)
This is very good!!!!!👳
What stations were u doing for gwr
14:26 bro I love the sounds of the class 321s
We're is the closest station to see the pendolino at full speed thanks in advance I'm in Hartlepool my Grandson just loves train
You should go to Chathill station on the ECML, the fastest trains I have ever seen were there!
Intro 10/10
Hi there the voyager preservation society channel has a copyright strike due because of the video promoting your channel .... did you initiate it or was it automatic? If you wanted it removed I would have done :-)
Hi Lex, I'm sorry to hear that, I do have a removed video notification from Google stating that they found similar videos from Sept 2020 and that they had been 'removed'. TH-cam has been doing this automatically more recently and I have four other notifications that I never began. If you would like me to attempt to retract the strike and allow you to remove the video manually, I can email google.
@@StarlifeStudios it’s ok :-) I can’t actually log in to that account anymore I still get the emails but google won’t let me into the channel lol
Something to tell you: I love the intro music
Thanks 😉 The music is a big part of the StarlifeStudios image.
Where's second clip at with pendo overtaking 350 unit?
Hi Vinci’s, the second clip is at Lichfield Trent Valley, there’s a link in the description to my full video at this station. It has some clips that weren’t used here!
@@StarlifeStudios thanks
I like this
Thank You. I'm really happy with how this turned out. Over 100 separate clips.
Wow
Oh my. That new EMR livery. 😍
Hi Michel, I was surprised at just how many 222s are in the new livery! It was close to if not more than 50% of the ones I saw! There's also a HST planned in that livery which I am hoping to video soon. Thanks for your comment/
@@StarlifeStudios i think there where seven in total (as far as i know). we see one seven car unit (222004), five five car units and the promo four car one. and the new livery is KILLER.
@The secular humanist it reminds me of the Arriva Rail Northern livery
0:47 look I can see the bakerloo line train lurking in the sidings
Yep! You can see more of them in the main Harrow & Wealdstone video: th-cam.com/video/EPiQtl04kHI/w-d-xo.html
@@StarlifeStudios yeah
@@StarlifeStudios Harrow and Wealdstone video was great
Brilliant
Thanks Sam! 😃
Love those pendolinos I've always loved them even though I've only seen 2
The West Coast can get quite repetitive after a while so I tend to mix up which lines I film on. There should be a new trains at speed video coming up soon 😃
Marvellous videos! Could I ask which camera you are using?
Hello! I use a Panasonic HC-VX1 for my filming.
I love these trains there my favourite but I also like the London mainline trains there awesome! I like gwr and south western railways there the coolest trains around!!
Awesome 👌❗
The HST 👍😍
Thanks Ally! 😃
I like the whoosh of the class 390 at 125 mph
i really want to ask you this one question, what do you use the name of the camera that you use
I go Syston often. Would love to trainspot there with you one time but only time will tell (and luck) enjoyed this a lot! Keep up the great work.
It’s one of the very few places north of Leicester where you can get good side station shots at 125. Time will tell, if I’m considering it, I’ll let you know, based on your content, it looks like your in a similar area to me!!!
StarlifeStudios Rail Videos indeed! If you have any socials we can discuss further there.
@@TaylorsTrainsMore Twitter is the best place, its linked on my channel page. Drop me and follow and ill follow you back.
At what speed are these trains moving on an average, in this video?
Hello! Most are moving at around 100MPH with some at 125MPH.
@@StarlifeStudios Ok. Cool! Thanks :)
8:35 and 8:49 that’s me with the hat
Amazing vid!
Thanks Marieta, I'm glad you enjoyed :)
8:40 that must be the LNER hst farewell tour
Thats right PurpleBusGaming! Its not technically 2020 but I thought I'd sneak it in anyway! Thanks for watching :)
I always wondered if you would make a montage like this
I'm always happy to try new things. I've also got some of your 745/755s in there.. they sound cool!
@@StarlifeStudios sound like race cars
I 💖 it! 😍
Thanks Robert! I’m glad to hear it ❤️
very nice in viedo!!
Thank you Hector 😃
Very nice video, plenty of variety there!
Some lines more than others ACE! This is the first time I've made a video in this format so I'm interested to see what people's feedback is. Thank You :)
@@StarlifeStudios I think it's an excellent compilation myself! :)
1:10 that horn
awesome, exciting images. britain´s trains livery is second to none, the Azumas look ace as do the rest of the family. Clearly a sustained 7bn investment per year is there to be seen by all, keep on the good work. thanks a lot
Thanks Mikel, we love our brightly coloured trains in the UK but our railways are always in need of repair and upgrade.
@@StarlifeStudios are you a supporter of HS2?
In theory, Yes. But I do think the management could have investigated more options such as re-opening closed lines or including Wales and Scotland.
Regards
yes. bring on the HS3 liverpool/hull link as well
what is the name of the camera that you use to record your videos because it makes your videos look so beautiful and alot more realstic
Hi Shabz, I use a Panasonic HC-VX1.
Nice
Thanks 😃
8:39 was a good shot
I love emu s with air conditioning as they look very glamorous even if they are not aerodynamic.
