The world of Middle Ages still fascinates thousands of people, who come to "Battle of the Nations" each year seeking the spirit of medieval, clashing steel and group battles. All this awakens the memory of previous generations who faced their enemies holding a sword and a shield.

As this is a profight, they are allowed 3 or 5 hits (I can't remember) before they call it and the next round starts. Viable tactic, but it is NOT easy to just 'knock someone down'.

I know that Sword cant penetrate from first impact , but if you kick him 3,4 time on same area , tneh that armor ll be cuted like nothing .
Be WarExpert No, actually. A sword will essentially never penetrate plate armor. Knights and Men at Arms hardly ever used swords against armored opponents for that very reason.
There are only two ways to defeat an armored soldier with a sword.
1) Halfswording/Murderstrike. Both involve grabbing the blade of a sword and either using it as a spear or as a hammer.
2) Fighting around the armor, by inserting the blade into plate gaps.
or just using Ak-47 ?
