At the end of the video, I was thinking “it would be cool if he just plays with the coasters”! And that’s what you did! I really liked the coasters and might try making them. I am not sure if I will be able to do as good a job as you, nice work!
Josh, you keep out doing yourself. Absolutely brilliant! I can’t think of anyone else who comes up with unique ideas using most basic tools. While most use a domino, you come up with extraordinary ideas with a biscuit joiner.
Just watched a video you did 5 years ago. A little table with a drawer. I was so happy to see someone so young in the shop practicing a trade and uploading to TH-cam. Not playing video games (that's ok when it's limited). And here you are 5 years later with close to 160k subs, which I am now one of. Keep up the good work young man. You could be the next Blacktail.
I love all your creative designs. I’m in the market to buy my first hole saw starter kit to mess around with, do you recommend any cheaper starter brands you like for DIY? Thanks as always!
I don't think brand matters too much, but I would suggest getting a bi-metal set of holesaw bits instead of the cheaper carbon steel bits. They will cut a lot faster and not dull as quickly. You can still find pretty cheap bi-metal bits on Amazon from some unknown brands, and they work well. Hope this helps, and thanks for watching!!
Another great, simple but unique and stylish build. Tough to establish your own distinct style in woodworking, but you seemed to manage right from the start. Also, much appreciate the laquer bf spray paint suggestion! If only i watched this LAST week : /
Josh, I click 'like' before I even watch the video! That is how confident I am in your abilities, and I've never regretted it or wanted to "unlike" the video 😊
With "Josh Wright" in the channel name, "interesting" in the video title is just redundant. [Edit: Fixed your name's spelling. How embarrassing! Sometimes my typing fingers take over from my brain.]
These are brilliant, coasters as a design feature is an under explored idea.
That’s the first time in my life that I have ever seen incredibly artistic coasters. Nice job, Josh!!
Wow pretty sweet idea & way to organize the coasters!
Very cool. Ingenious really. I'm always stoked to see a new video from you.

Very cool! It's amazing what alternative uses you've found for a biscuit joiner
Awesome design, those should sell very well!
Josh I am following you for a while and as I predicted you became a awesome woodworker artist. Congratulations "Sr" you are a master..
Fidget coasters! Cool idea!
Great work and an interesting storage design. Well done.
Simply beautiful 😍
Very Cool!
That is a brilliant idea! I am wondering what finish to use for something really hot, like a pan or pot…
Look like fun making.
They look great .
Really cool, Josh!

Great for ad-hoc tic-tac-toe showdowns.
3D tic tac toe!

fun!
Very nice work. My question is how well do they absorb water with them being sealed with lacquer ?
Not well... if I make more of these I should definitely finish them with mineral oil insted
I have some old coasters that have a cork insert that works for a little while. I live in a humid area and that creates a problem
They could also double as Tic Tac Toe markers. Neato!
Dude those are badass! Love them nice job man
