This has to be the most unique woodworking channel that also puts out incredible results.

That little table saw is so cute! GI Joe needs one!

This is probably the most interesting and useful video that I have seen in a long time. I'm going to have a think about incorporating some of your ideas into a few of my projects. I'm thinking custom feet for my kitchen boards. Thank you.

I guess I’ve never really thought about reshaping the old hole spade bits. That’s pretty clever. I could use this on some of my wood turning projects. Good video man.

I’ll bet every teacher you ever had loved having you as a student! Very inventive! “Some people see things as they are, and say why. I dream of things that never were, and say why not?” George Bernard Shaw

  • @Vikingwerk

This is honestly a brilliant trick, and I’ll be using it!

I love the creativity you have shown in this! Excellent and I'm glad to see all the other commenters are saying the same. Creativity is at a premium in this world sometimes. Thank you for adding to it.

Wow, you've taken my idea to a new level. I reshaped spade bits some 35 yrs ago to make small parts and even rosettes in wood trim. I once made one into a fly cutter and used it in my drill press to flatten a twisted piece of wood (I didn't have a planer or table saw then). Thanks for sharing your ideas.

Your pens are awesome and I'm sorry I couldn't claim one, but coming up with the idea of modifying HF paddle bits and creating the sections of the pens has inspired me to get back into woodworking. Thank you and thank you for posting such a great, detailed video.

  • @kameljoe21

Oh how those went so fast.

  • @mattedwards4533

I enjoy seeing people think out of the box! You gave me the idea on how to make wheels for small toys. Thanks!

  • @harvey195

Hi Josh, I like that you use this method to make your shaped pieces, I've used this in the past to make door frame rosettes to match the ones already in my house. This method takes patience, and a steady hand or your bit comes out completely unbalanced.

  • @simonwatson9730

Really inspiring and interesting. Thanks for sharing

  • @shaunpapworth4269

love it i'm going to make myself some of those drill bits thanks

  • @globyois

    Very nice! Great idea.

  • @markgarland9000

Very smart and creative! Made me think of a time when I cut the tines off of a dinner fork to 'scrape mould' a replacement wood trim piece for a dining room table.

    Very useful inventions
