To find Snow White under that dirt is amazing. Great cleaning as always James. The sound was much better this time. Sounded like I was there in the room. The sound traveled through both of my headphones….sweet.

Fabulous transformation as usual.I like the first parts where you rinse the rugs front and back and all the surface dirt rinse out. And then the final when the excess water is removed to the bucket showing the clean water. One of my cats was fascinated with the video, she became interested when she saw the water and dirt being pushed off. Held her interest and she watched it to the end.

Have you ever considered using the crb on the backside of the rug when it’s really stained? I’ve seen other rug cleaners do it but only on synthetic rugs
