In this clip, Vlad reflected on his previous interview with Neil deGrasse Tyson. Neil deGrasse Tyson was asked about his beliefs on God. Tyson clarified that determining which God was being referred to was crucial as there have been thousands of gods throughout human history. After contemplation, Tyson stated that based on his vast knowledge of the universe, he couldn't find any evidence of an intelligent being directing the universe and believed it all to be random. Similarly, Dr. Steven Greer shared his perspective, noting the varying portrayals of God in different religious texts and emphasizing his faith in evidence. However, unlike Tyson, Greer expressed belief in God and an afterlife, shaped by a near-death experience at age 17. He also explained his beliefs in higher dimensions and an unbounded, intelligent, supreme being, sharing experiences from the early seventies when he was a meditation teacher alongside the Maharishi. Greer suggested that people look within themselves to discover that great being instead of seeking it externally.

@@mjfraser04 That's a very important question and it's vital to be very cautious about discriminating among the thoughts that could come to your mind, otherwise it's very easy to begin to convince ourselves of anything, leading to wrong actions (actions against life).
True intuition comes from silence and peace, it NEVER comes from agitation and/or ego fears or desires. Intuition is pure knowledge, not tainted by personal desires or fears. Being pure, it's always life-sustaining and evolutionary, leading you towards what's best for you and others (not necessarily towards what you desire). It is accompanied by that peaceful certainty, that calm sureness that "it is the right thing to do", despite not necessarily being the thing you desire to do.
Access to true intuition becomes clearer the more the mind is calm and naturally settled. Once the noise diminishes, the natural ability to perceive the humble and subtle voice of the Silence opens.

I’m glad that he’s not ignorant to the fact that God or a supreme being is real and he has had his own personal experience with dying to support his belief. I’ve had my own experiences with supernatural things happening to me that solidified my belief. The fact the world and nearly all aspects of nature function in a way to support life should be enough evidence of God or a supreme being. This shit didn’t just randomly happen.

Dr. Greer presented the New Age Movement's view of God which is an impersonal consciousness that they call the "One." This is also a Hindu view of "god" which the New Age people like Greer have encorporated into their concept of such a deity. This is definitely not the Christian view of God which believes in a God who is personal and has sent His son Jesus into the world to save it from sin (see John 3:16-17). The God of Christianity provides evidence of Himself throughout the universe through the irreducibly complex laws of the universe and the incredible design we see everywhere of His genius design and artistic thought (e.g. DNA, systems of the body, eco systems, beauty of nature, etc.). I encourage everyone to pick up a Bible and read it all the way through to gather a clear portrait of God. The God of the Bible best explains the observable universe.

I believe we are all fractal pieces of a unified conscious energy that exists everywhere at all times. Contact with this energy can only be obtained by seeking inward to the core of our own being. Most religious or spiritual practice has devolved into a control system by convincing everyone that God is out there somewhere and only select representatives can access and disseminate that beings will. What we call god is not a person with feelings, likes or dislikes. God is the energy and essence of everything that exists. Ancient Africans knew this. God isnt something that can be narrowed down to be one being. Divinity is in everything and they made systems that taught you to live harmoniously with the environment. Their "gods" are nothing but the energy signatures they gave names and mythologies to familiarize themselves with that particular energy.
Not many actual scientists take NDT seriously. As a physicist myself, I can attest to that. "In my studies of the universe".... NDT has not studied the universe in any detail. He has done some work on astronomy, and that's about it. That does not qualify him at all to speak about cosmological issues.

I think its more logical to think of a creator rather then trying to explain everything happening from choas. The big bang was thought of cause Hubble thought planets where "expanding" and moving away from Earth. However its also been found some planets move toward our planet. And all these are just a matter of perception from our point of view. If you're in a different place in space the objects move in other directions than they appear on Earth's telescopes . So how do we really know?

Many people don't understand what it means when we say Jesus died for our sins. Before Jesus, atoning for sin required a sacrifice of pure and innocent blood. The reason God required a blood sacrifice is to teach us the seriousness of sin and what it truly takes to make up for it. Jesus, fully man and fully God, lived a perfect sin-free life and bore the full weight of God's wrath as a blood sacrifice to atone for the sins of mankind. That's why Jesus is often referred to as the "Lamb of God" or the "sacrificial Lamb." Mankind owed a debt to God that we couldn't pay and Jesus paid a debt He didn't owe.
