Ok so here is the story behind this. I was taking photos of a closed down restaurant in the building and as I was leaving the guy in the white shirt asked what I was doing. I politely told him I was taking photos and asked him to hold on I had a phone call. At this point he gets rude and belligerent. I ended my phone call and explained to him what I was doing and he proceeds to call me a smartass for taking my phone cal. At this point I start recording. My partner told the guy I was autistic and then he shut up. Please note I was never trespassed or told to leave. I was just told I was a smart ass. On the way out the fire alarm randomly went off so this was a crazy experience.

If those Security Guards Pulled the Fire Alarm, then they are committing a Criminal Offence.

As much as I question the SAFE-T Act in Illinois. One positive about it is that as long as you don't damage anything, they can't criminally charge you for trespassing anymore so security is mostly useless over here
