Now maybe there's an easier way to get something sorta-similar, but the Second Wind pistol is absolutely one of my favorite things I've gotten my hands on. It combines both a standard NERF Mega Bigshock into a 3D printed monstrosity that changes it into a manual indexing 7 Shot Revolver with an impressive 120+ FPS range. But that's not all, they also make some cool parts for blasters and even custom tools. I can't wait to see what they make in the future.

Nice gear! That box cutting knife is pretty rad!! It would be pretty easy to make a jig for the dart cutter, drill press a board, add dowels and glue and bam, push all darts out at once. Lovely blaster, been watching that thing develop a minute now, and it's pretty rad!!
Just cadded Printable comb for it and will be offering it on our etsy with the jig

Looks solid. If you add a barrel and make it look like a .44 it would look amazing, but with colours just so it's safe to use.

That revolver reminds me of the rhino revolver but a snub nose variant

It shouldn't, PETG has a much higher melting point.

Could you try a large color contrasting piece of sheet metal or something similar [preferably white] and mow a strip of your yard going to the target??????????
Actually, PLA has both higher strength and stiffness values compared to PETG. Especially out of plane strength is way higher (cnc kitchen is a potential source of information).
Elastic deformation is key where petg has more flexibility and higher bond strength between layer lines and with good petg it will compete with pla+ and annealing it for half the price and half the effort. And it's not gonna warp in the car on a hot day
@@quinnfarquharson7638 this is what I said in engineering terms. However, strength is lower for PETG and also highly anisotropic. So for most mechanical applications PLA is superior. Elastic deformation is a side effect. What you want is high absolute strength with high stiffness. Downside is the low Tg. So you have to treat it as you treat your dog; do not leave it in the car on a hot summer day ;)
Well true, pla for the second wind has proven difficult and breaks often even with proper settings and in no way was able to print the top detent in pla with out it breaking or permanently bending. We have found these extremely effective in all our builds and why we have stuck with petg but wouldn't mind continuing experimenting with pla and generally design with strength in mind for print orentation for layer lines so maximizing on petg being highly ansiotropic
