While I no longer drink Soda for health reasons I have no qualms about Soda based memorabilia or in this case Soda pop based hyperreal working action figure accessories! These are simply amazing and @NewWaveToys did an amazing job designing and constructing these.
These one sixth scale Vending Machines are mini masterpieces and would go great, on their own, in a scale model display, with a hottoys or Barbie collection or just for the fun of it. I cant believe they are also WORKING REFRIGERATORS! wow
NEW WAVE TOYS sells pure nostalgia in its most fun forms, harkening our feelings back to a more innocent and sincere time when one really had to value their money and time when going to the arcade or paying cash for a soda in a machine that barely worked.
I sure hope we get a SURGE branded Vending Machine in the future from them.

«Surge» is still sold in Norway under its original name as «urge». It was originally released in 1996 in Norway and after proving successful coca-cola released it in the US with the name «Surge» and changed the color of the drink to a much more unnatural green compared to the yellow it still has in Norway, that was to compete with «mountain-dew» that wasn’t released in Norway untill 2005. «Mountain-dew» could not compete with the already well astablished «urge» in norway and disbanded production in 2007 only to make a small comeback in 2019 with small 0.5L bottles. To this day Norway is the only remaining country that produces «Urge» and it is still among the top 5 most popular sodas sold.
Thank you, you’re hired as our in house Surge historian
Cool video and vending machines! And I really love the new look of the video. Upping your game bro! Nice…. 😎
Appreciate it!
These are beautiful, I have yet to acquire a 1/6 scale figure so I wish they made a 1/12
This came up randomly in my recommended. Maybe the algorithm is shining some light your way. Hope you get a nice little kickback for those that found about the product :)
Thanks very much
Thanks for posting the link in the description!
You bet!
Let me compliment you on your choice of beverage, Dr. Pepper.
Wow, thanks
What a great product. Thanks for demo-ing it! I hope it’s still in stock when I have some extra cash again to splurge (this has been an expensive month!).
It’s always an expensive month when you’re a collector
Dang, it, you make me feel old talking about Coca-Cola classic, and you don't know what it is.
Lol
Absolutely gorgeous
These are awesome, Jordan! I'm definitley a Coke guy (pretty much all varieties, except Diet). As a kid I didn't have a Coke/Pepsi preference, but as an adult I only drink Pepsi if Coke isn't available.
Fizzy
Mexican Coke is pretty decent too
It’s sure is
I have to get one of these!
You’ll wanna buy em all!
Great Video buddy.
Thanks 👍
My favorite video was the clock tower for Neca gargoykes. I have the complete set and was trying to figure out how to make a display for them. That video helped me out with an idea for it.
a cold canned coke... close 2nd a fountain coke
Nice
Surge is still around in Norway!!
Whaaaat?!
That’s awesome, the details and the light
I really like the bottled coke with cane sugar, it's very nostalgic for me and reminds me of when I was young. I remember the transition from glass to plastic. Nice video! Was well shot.
Thank you so much
A must-have accessory for my Hot Toys Star Wars Stormtroopers! Now they need to make a candy machine to go with it.
They had a cigarette vending machine for pre order recently, im sure a candy machine will come eventually
@@OilersWorkshop The cigarette vending machine is just going to utilize a slide out card that will have the "Cool" artwork on it. It will be simple to print different artwork to turn it into a candy machine.
Haha, fantastic. I never knew that. I loved 7up or Sprite. Now I just drink it with rum :) This is insane. Unreal prop.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great story, thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I hardly ever drink soda. Not a snobby sugar thing, just a preference. But when I see the glass-bottle “hecho en Mexico” coke, I’m ALL in.
Nice, yeah don’t drink soda anymore at all, but I like the machines!
My only gripe is that I’ve never seen a strictly Coca Cola vending machine, besides Coke they always have other Coke brands like Orange Fanta, Sprite, Diet Coke, Barq’s and Minute Maid fruit punch. It would have been nice to see the other sodas including for extra touch of realism.
Yeah I watched the owner of the company shilo discuss this on @sixscalemafias channel and he basically said that Coca Cola approved it to be a Coca Cola Collectible, They don’t do multi brand collectibles typically because each trademark would be a separate license and that would be confusing for coke and expensive for shilo just to put little stickers there
What a coincidence! I've been making paper craft vending machines this week.
They are not as impressive as these, but they do the job.
Hey if they get the job done
Street Fighter is one of the worst. I hope they redo it and fix the monitor. It looks so out of place with a 16:9 monitor.
🤷🏻♂️ I didn’t know
@@OilersWorkshop yeah, it’s really sad that they did that but they learn from their mistakes and from the feedback from users.
