A good question he mentioned before is. How do see the company 10 years in the future from here. It shows interest that you want to work long here even though maybe you just want to work 2. But it has certainly worked for me.

Wow great.... this is the question which I am looking for... but I am a CNC machinist so I feel the second answer is okay and other two are not suitable for my professional.. can you give me more answers?
Sure! Here are some questions you could ask: 1. How does the company approach training and development for CNC machinists, especially with regard to new technologies and advancements in machining? 2. What are the biggest challenges currently facing your machining department, and how could someone in this role help address those challenges? @@CareerVidz - interview board / panel consist few people and interviewee should match voice level and pitch to thr board. This dude sounds like speaking to a huge rally.
If someone asks dumb questions like that hes not getting hired. All the things he asked would be told to him after hes hired. And the generic questions like "what can i do to have success?" would be met with generic answers. Total waste of time for both parties.
The best answer is... No thanks I don't have any questions but if I do later I will contact you. Simply put, people overthink their interview, thinking they're being judge in every word. The interviewer is only looking at his notes and going through the questions HR gave him. No where is "ohhh that candidate had a great question so I will hire him". Source: experience
Depends on the interview. I have had interviews that are 20 minutes with only HR and other interviews with a few actual engineers testing your technical skills that last and hour or more.
@@SLOTCHAMPIONS again what does that have to do with the question you asked the interviewer. Don't stress yourself for no reason on what you gonna ask, plus you put yourself at risk of embarrassing yourself asking something that was already available online. Plus, yes your question was a good one, but guess what, they are not selecting the candidate based on their questioning skills
I disagree here. Asking thoughtful questions demonstrates your interest in the role and the company, and it gives you valuable insights into whether the position aligns with your career goals and expectations. It also provides an opportunity to engage more deeply with the interviewer and can help you stand out among other candidates.

If and when the company decides to “restructure” how do you handle unfortunate layoffs?
Is this something you have asked in an interview before?
@@CareerVidz yes. How the interviewer handles this question can be telling.

I hope the content is helpful! Do you have an interview coming up?
Tbh it looks like you have helped many people, I think the advice is good but not sure you need so much emphasis on your mannerisms.
Great questions. Why is it important to ask questions at the end of an interview?
If you ask the right questions, it shows the hiring manager you care about getting the job and that you want to make a difference to their company.

This kind of questions are like decades old. How do you see yourself in 5 years…what are your strengths. Weaknesses bla bla
These are still some of the most frequently asked interview questions :)
