Flamingo Camping 48 HOURS in the Wilderness (Spec Fishing Watson River)

Today I'm taking some of our best friends to do some Flamingo Camping. Camping here in the everglades isn't your average camping trip. There is alot to go wrong in the endless islands that make up south Florida. With that being said the fishing here can be very fruitful. With hundreds of areas and lakes and rivers all emptying into the gulf and the Florida bay, it can be hard to navigate and find fish.
We ended up having plenty of fish to eat and plenty of action for the day and the morning. little snook, Redfish and plenty of trout running around. I chose to stay at the Watson River Chickee right at the end of whitewater bay, provides a very good base to maneuver the western channels and bays. See you on the next adventure!
