More accurate to call that a tai toshi to arm bar combination. Blondie defended herself from being thrown for ippon, but in so doing left herself in a compromised position which made her vulnerable to other techniques, like the arm bar
@@brianstark2219 I think the kimura which is the figure four was rare. I'd expect scoop throws makikomi winding throws uchi mata or sumi gaeshi. A combo sumi kimura makes sense. Or sag turn throw head throw. Is that ogari ... I think ... Still?
Great arm throw series lots of skill and practice. Tai Otoshi then Kimura as a counter instead of uchi ... Or makikomi or in that position ah my japanese is struggling. Somehow I'm forgetting the throw name, Remembered sumi. Right easy one just my issue ...lol. Nice mix the kimura with other throws the nice thing is that kept it truly as an arm throw series. Interesting grips she gets .... I see it. My darn memory. ...lol. Im not perfect.
I like how her movement pins them and their feet to the ground you've got people that use upward and people that use downward but that is always somewhat of an arm throw the downward pressure can help a lot if you are trying to prevent them from stepping so using that is nice if you're not going to go very high on their leg their body Etc
Judo is a great sport for women. Great all body workout to keep weight under control, especially in abdominal area. Women also possess assets like lower body strength and flexibility, along with great innate sense of balance
@@judokaallrounder2112 Also, because, relative to men, they are lacking overwhelming upper bodystrength, they better understand that it is mechanics and footwork and body movement that throws the opponent
Nice and tricky. I love how deceptive and ellusive Judo takedowns can be. Gauge defense to a takedown that was never gonna happen in the first place, than use the momentum from that defensive bracing to take them in the plum opposite direction they thought you were trying to go. Judo is for the Smart Fellas, not the Brutes.
Problem of Judo in street fight that it depends on quality of the cloth, and sure people are not dressed in Japanese quality tough garments. Even during my Judo days, cheap training suits were torn apart during training.
Lots of judo techniques work on sleeveless. Also, it depends on where in the world you are. Up in Canada people are heavily clothed for 9 months of the year.
Frankly, I would rather train in a style that is underestimated. The element of surprise never hurts. If people think Judo is ineffective, fine. Just wait until they get dropped on concrete. And let's remember that most trained fighters aren't reckless enough to start nonsense in the street. It's usually untrained, impulsive people with anger issues (and an elevated sense of abilities) who often start throwing fists... not always but generally. Most highly trained fighters are secure enough to walk away from such people- unless it's s self-defense situation where they cannot evade.
I don't like that kimura figure four because she doesn't use a leg to send it ... If the defender had posted she would have gotten side control albeit in an arm lock.
Everything was there as promised... apart from the slow motion part lol
😂 but she did demonstrate broken down so it's ok
Lmao I was also waiting for the slomo. Had to mess w the playback settings lol
These throws are a thing of beauty!
No it’s soft, but it’s powerful to use in the street 👍
I guess we're going to dinner wherever she wants
And whenever she wants.
Uai!!!!
Atores contratados
That roll from arm to newaza was beautiful.
Define slow motion.

@@jam4355 All year round learning, sometimes more knowledge than we can handle
Is this the Jedi only room?
@@jam4355 Agree, I pretty much drill very basic takedowns and throws in judo everyday. I do it for back alley fighting though.
Beautiful

That kamora after the failed throw is so cool 🔥
The last one was so smooth😊
I loved it !!!!!!!!
👌🤙💪
👏👏👏👏👏
Good stuff.
I love the feint distraction throw that fell into opponents figure 4 arm lock or side 4 quarters armbar. Awesome

@@brianstark2219 She was using all arm throws ... So this is an arm throw series.
She never used a lapel grip or power hand.
The last one is cool

Your the bomb. I learned more in that short 30 seconds than in months of other videos. Thanks for sharing.
What did you learn?
These techniques take a long time to master even the the basic looking moves have to be drilled thousands of times!
bravo bravo bravo pour votre travail
👍
Thanx❤❤
Strangely arousing 😜

Magnifique excellente démonstration

Id love to train there
I like the incorporation of the buzzer. I've never trained like that it's kind of genius.
Beautiful techniques, ...but where is the slow motion? ...Or if this was it, how fast could be the normal motion???? :)
Gosto de mulheres assim haha
Thank you for the "opposite" of the move. Solid stuff
Good stuff!!!!
Salute della California del sud. Molto bene!
