I was privileged enough to be able to stay at home but everyone's feeling the stress of this invisible killer. We're up to 51 confirmed cases but thankfully no deaths yet. So all those falling technicques of slamming the hands and arms on the mat do not work after all. It’sall waste of time practicing it.I have yet to see a judoka doing that when thrown. That’s the reason I got bored with judo and chose freestyle wrestling instead. No ritualistic useless exercises.
The music or songs that they playing is so annoying, that don’t even wanna watch cuz it’s so disturbing to watch, original sounds of wrestling is best n way better.
