Since I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, I’ve been eating salads, whole (gluten free) grains (buckwheat, gluten-free oats, etc.), garlic, red onions , avocados, peppers , and plenty of water everyday. I also now eat at least two hard-boiled eggs every day for breakfast. My kidney function is going up; creatinine is gradually going down, while GFR it’s gradually going up. I’m so thankful to God! Thank you also for educating us with such a plethora of different ways to increase our kidney function. Heaven knows our doctors are not thorough, and my doctor has NEVER mentioned how to improve my diet.

I'm so glad to hear that your kidney function is improving and that you're seeing positive changes with your diet! It sounds like you've made some great choices with your food and hydration.
Since you’ve mentioned your diet adjustments, how are you finding the balance between managing pre-diabetes and supporting kidney health? Have there been any other dietary changes or tips that have particularly worked well for you?
Your experience can be incredibly helpful for others in similar situations. Thanks for sharing and for your kind words!

I agree they don't tell you anything that's how I lost my best friend from end stage kidney failure. Because I didn't know this information until it was too late. I now have a slightly high Bon/Creatinine Ratio when I always had normal levels before.

My husband's sugar level from 375 reading came down to 147 reading ...just by follwing these diets ..
1.. Apple cider viniger with lemon n warm water in the morning ...then after that eat ladyfinger boil , boil till the water becomes sticky n guey , thats the magic
    2...skip tasty dinner .
3... in place of dinner eat only ladyfiner boil ....
    4... intemmitent fasting..
When my husband went to the doctor , the doc scared him n told my husband to start using insulin ... he came back home sad .but i told him no insulin we'll do our healthy home diet ...ladyfinger will not only reduce your sugarlevel but will also reverse your skin n give you more youtful looking skin ..and with lots of prayers ...

It's encouraging to hear that your husband's blood sugar levels improved with dietary changes and lifestyle adjustments. Apple cider vinegar, ladyfinger, intermittent fasting, and skipping dinner are all strategies some people find helpful. However, it's important to balance such approaches with medical advice, especially when managing diabetes.
Have you or your husband tried any other dietary or lifestyle changes to manage blood sugar? What has worked best for you, and do you have any additional tips to share?

Great video. I'm just learning about my new health challenge and have been listening to your videos. There are a lot of supplements you recommend to stop diabetes. With that many, when is the best time to take them? Can your kidneys handle all of the supplements? I'm in stage 3. Just trying to learn. Seeing my blood sugar go up when I thought I was doing good. You definitely have to be your own health care advocate. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Please don't take supplements... my husband sugar reading was 375 reading n it came down to 147 reading ..without any supplements or medicine. His doctor told him to take insulin n scared my husband..I said no ill bring your sugar level down ....I started making ladyfinger boil for him in the morning to be eaten before breakfast n boil ladyfinger for dinner ... your dinner should be only that ...boil till the water become sticky n guey . It's the slimey water that does the miracle ...and of course prayers ...n intemmitent fasting skip your dinner .

Thank you for great information .
One point if people have stomach or intestinal issues psyllium husk will act like sandpaper plus if you have diabetes the brand names have sugar , best to get plain organic psyllium husk . An alternative way to get fiber is from inulin sunchokes also known as Jerusalem artichokes, and not to be confused with globe artichoke , which is constantly falsely reported as being full of fiber / inulin . Sunchokes are full of fiber (prebiotic)
Also, folic is man-made, not the best absorbed and can cause problems , on the other hand folate is far superior as it is natural .
    All the best .

I'm not diabetic but my Bon/Creatinine is slightly higher then normal. It's because of me having mastectomy surgery last year. Due to having breast Cancer and it made me swell more then I already was. This is me not having any lympnodes removed. That was why I declined getting my lympnodes taken out. When I had breast surgery. I don't want my kidneys to completely shut down what do I do to avoid this??? I want to avoid dialysis or having to get a kidney transplant. My best friend died of kidney failure. She was on dialysis right before she died three years ago.

I’m taking Rosemary tea for my swelling. The swelling goes down 3 hours after taking Rosemary.
For pre-diabetic I take Guevara juice or Guevara leaves tea. (I just bought a Guevara tree after my doctor told me the bad news)
My Guevara tree not yet have fruit so I buy Guevara juice in Walmart and Mexican market. They put 12 grams of sugar but it’s okay.
One can after meal or 2 cans for a day will lower your blood sugar.
If I can’t find Guevara fruit I use methi= fenugreek.
Doses are depend on your blood sugar levels. You must check your blood sugar every day because if you are taking too much your sugar will be low. (Some girl use for lose weight they want to lose the pounds quickly and end up pass out)
You can buy fenugreek in Middle East and Mexican market or online.
If you are in pain take chamomile tea. Not chamomile tea bag or a handful of chamomile.
I’m talking about two cups of chamomile per day.
Simmer 20 minutes and drained the tea and simmer again after 3 times then you are done.
Take one before sleep and wake up in the morning because it’s take 4 hours to take affect.
I am in pain from my neck to my toe so I am doing this everyday to avoid spinal cord injection and pain killer. I took hydrocodone for 15 years and my doctor told me ( get of pain pills or give up your kidneys and liver) and she won’t give me pain pills until I passed kidneys and liver test. Scared the heck out of me.
Thank God, that I found herbal medicines.
