You can actually kill Nora early but u have to do before triggering the cutscene where Ellie says don’t scream. You can kill her early by throwing Molotov’s through the crack in the door and she will die
I don’t know if you did a video on this but when you run from infected after Dina sees you are immune if you kill them they will just keep coming plus if you try going through the door with Dina the game won’t let you and you will be stuck until you or Dina die
