I was completely blown away by how quality theone Falcon is. Mine came perfectly tuned, and the weight, sound, and flippyness were insane for the price. I hear theone's alien is even better but I absolutely hate the way it looks haha.
I ordered my Falcon and it will arrive in a little over a month, I'm glad to see so many good reviews about it, just a little worried that the shipping takes so long. Btw I also think that the Alien is ugly which is a shame.
You probably shouldn't have to do that, though. However, they do have mismatch handles for the trainer and live blade. The trainer is still MUCH better, though.
Got The One Falcon trainer a couple weeks ago and I like it. It doesn’t have tap and is way fun to flip. I own higher end knives and still find myself picking it up. It makes a great beater for relatively inexpensive.

I just got theone falcon in blue I'd say it's pretty good for the money my view on the clones are that yea it's probably not good but if it gets you into an alpha beast a year down the line and you love flipping that's a win in my book
Thanks for doing the Amazon reviews I actually bought the white with blue liners version of that black one and something clicked in my head like I can really go to town on this thing and not baby it like nicer Bali's and honestly it's gotten me outta my slump
I have all 3 of those myself. Definitely agree with your assessments. The Falcon is good. The second one (forgot the name) takes a LONG time and A LOT of oil to really break in and start to feel decent to flip. The CYOZ is only good for one thing... effortless uncontrollable fans. Haha. But the handles are definitely way too light to do much else.
Theone arrow is the best trainer and it is a theone original design and only $25! Aluminum channel construction. Runs on bushings! I had mine for a couple yrs. , but I cut out the center piece because it was a tiny bit blade heavy.

I almost always carry a light G10 flipper, a heavier G10 one, and an aluminum channel flipper, just to practice on a variety, and that lighter G10 handled one I find myself loving. Indeed! Also, it was so cheap, I don’t feel bad about beating the hell out of it, which I’ve definitely done (and still no tap…)! Soon (ish, with this IATSE strike looming), I plan on getting a real Nautilus, and then I’ll be A REAL BOY!
That's awesome that you enjoyed it! I think coming right off of interacting with the Falcon may have tainted our view of the G10 one (TheOriginal). I was in fact disappointed by it still though, but I'm really glad you enjoy yours!
@@WillHirsch I just always have them around because I build PCs, keyboards, I do airsoft... I use screw drivers for a great many things and iFixit just has a *lot* of great bits in their kits!

Not all CCCs are clones man the cyoz can easily be a clone of the glidr sahara trainer too. And Yess they do have tap but u can easily fix that if two of your 4 bushing are oversized so u can tune it to no tap.

For the falcon, you could always put a small piece of tape on the safe or bite handle to differentiate.
You probably shouldn't have to do that, though. However, they do have mismatch handles for the trainer and live blade. The trainer is still MUCH better, though.

That is why they put the latches on the knives. So you can tell which is the Sharp side, that is one of the reasons for the latch.

If your going to buy a balisong from aliexpress I recommend at least 45 and up. The alien is a good one but you can choose other ones too.
I pick up my Alien more than I pick up my Krake Raken, if that says anything about the Alien.
