You're missing Hedy AI, which is in a different league from these tools. It runs on your phone and provides realtime answers, insights, and guidance on what to say during meetings. It's next level!
If you want something free with half the features: I record meetings in any software with OBS and let them transcribe by Vibe into pdf. That works great in most languages and both are free and open source. I then open the pdf with my default reader PDFgear, which is also free but not open source, which got a summary ai included and all the edit features. Record, transcribe, summarize...literally 3 clicks.
Hi Francesco, thanks for the reviews. I was just wondering, most of my meetings are in-person, are there any AI tools that can perform similar tasks as to the tools you’ve reviewed here, but can be used for in-person meetings? Thanks.
Otter has a similar recording function that works offline, that you can use via mobile, and extensions with mobile too. But I do know some of the tools listed have similar abilities. But Otter I know for sure and best. Cheers!

@@toolfinderhq Thanks!
@@Mark_J_E Jamie AI also works offline, but it is pricier than most AI note-takers. Keep up the good work Francesco!
