As a user of Panasonic inverter ac from the past several years considerable savings in energy consumption, the comprosser run at a desirable speed according your cooling requirments with less heat dissipation within the compressor. Woks for a wider range of input voltage from 140V to 270V with over and under voltage, over current and surge protection without any compromise. The stabilizer is a nuisance most of the time because of mal functioning and relay switching causes surcharges and arcing. It also consumes additional power. Any I will appreciate for the efforts.

Also inductive loads are dynamic unlike resistive loads which are passive in nature. Then aluminium stabilizers will never work. Copper coil stabilizers are not easy to get. Aluminium is not a suitable material for transformer and motor coils. Hope this helps. The best protection of AC and water pump use DOL starter fitted with suitable OLR. (Over Load Relay).

AC servicing once In 15 days is never required unless your house is located on the road side with heavy vehicular traffic in the dirtiest environment. Most of the modern ACs fitted with easily removable filters that can be deducted and cleaned with mild soap or detergent solution. There are no such filters in the outdoor unit and the evaporator gets automatically cleaned since the fan air is forced outward through the coils. Compressors in the Inverter units will always be running on variable speed mode increasing the life of the compressor for more than 10 years whereas conventional AC compressor runs on and off type controls using relay contactors, with reduced life of more than 5 years. Contact relay failures are common in non-inv AC with relatively less cost of repair whereas high power MOSFET drivers used to drive the compressors failure is common, which is slightly costlier to repair. Programmable controllers rarely fail unless the unit is tampered with by any incompetent technicians. These companies cheat the public by simply replacing the board instead of doing components level service that would cost extremely less.

Only by using Variac test bench we can evaluate the performance of stabilizer which is out of scope for layman. Better to use local assembled stabilizer with copper transformer.

What cut off. When you keep low temperature setting at 18 or 20 degrees C. The compressor would continously run and heated up . Wires cam melt and if there's gas leak it might even explode.

Can you please mention the reason for choosing B curve MCB?
