Hey Levi! Love your videos, they've convinced me to buy a fliteboard, likely new. Question for you, when's the best time to buy a new board? It's too late in the season for me to really enjoy one this year. Are there any end of season sales or a time early 2025 when they will be releasing the latest products? Would love to hear what you think about that.
You know with the right wetsuit/dry suit efoiling a year round activity. In summer i ride flat water and in winter I surf. In general winter spring is the best time to buy as its not the peak summer season.
@BayFoils I live in Canada, so I only expect to do this a couple months of the year. Is there a time when they launch their new products and are there ever end of season sales?
@@SulibanX Not really if you're looking for a deal you should contact your local partner and ask them about any discounts on a used setup the guys at efoil muskoka are experienced and good friends of ours, they can get you taken care of!
@@BayFoils thank you. I'll do that!
@@BayFoils it looks like they only carry lift products. I'm more interested in a fliteboard. I'm guessing you'd agree with getting a fliteboard pro over the lift 3?
Just what I was looking for as I consider used Fliteboards. Any advice on different series?
Series 2.2 to current all share the same controllers, wings, batteries, and boards. Just make sure to consider the price you pay compared to a new or 1 year old unit with a warranty remaining as you can potentially save a lot of money and headaches if you have an issue.
If you don't put a meter on the battery you're a fool. This video could go a lot deeper.
@@michaelculhane3058 you can check the levels and battery health using the flite app or take it to a partner and they can read it using a BMS program.
