  • Seeing as it's the first video we've ever made, we hope you'll forgive us any glaring errors. The story of the people affected by this war deserves more than one telling and we hope we'll have another chance in the future.

Since filming in June, several violent clashes have occurred along the border resulting in multiple deaths. The most notable of these have taken place near Yeraskh, where we climbed up the bank. This war is ongoing and our thoughts are with all those affected - Sebastian

omg wtf you guys I was really worried when you climbed up that bank. I was just last September for the first time in Armenia cause I have roots there and my ultimate wish was to go to Ughtasar to see the petroglyphs and it was unsure if we (Tourguide, Driver and me) could go, because it just right at the border to Azerbaidjan and military has a base just right there next to these stones. We eventually could go and it was very awkward to see the place although it is stunningly beautiful there, there´s also a lake and some young military men took their bath then. 2 weeks after there were also shootings happening just there and I kinda thought that every little thing can be a provocation. Thanks for sharing your video, was very interesting.

There are some facts need to be cleared,
I will start from the end of the video.
During 1920’s Turkey as a new goverment NEVER let Armenia to have Kars, Ardahan or any city. Armenian troops fought against Ottoman Empire during 1912-1914. After WW1, new born Turkish Goverment got the territory back which were forcely taken by Russian supported Armenian army.
Turkish people never let those territories taken unless war.
Also Kars border has been going on since 1634. Which renewed surely after the declaration of Turkish Goverment.
Some history we can all benefit, Karabağ had been already recognized by UN, US and France as Azerbaijan’s territory when it was under Armenian occupation. For the first part of the video I suppose you should at least mention these territory was Azerbaijan’s and been recognized this way.
Wishing for peace for both sides with rational history reading!

Why didn’t you mention the azeris from the surrounding areas of NK were expelled 500k of them. Secondly Azeri from NK we’re also expelled.
