Funny enough, about a week ago one touched down in Wilkes-Barre, PA. It's very difficult for a tornado to touch down in PA be a use of the landscape itself, but it's always a possibility.
I really don’t the National Weather Service to rate a tornado like this an EF6. They didn’t do that for the 1999 tornado when it had winds of over 300mph. Plus, the El Reno tornado of 2013 was a EF3.

An EF6? That’s currently not on the Fujita Scale That Tornado rated EF6 is much Extremely Deadlier Then the May 3rd 1999 Bridge Creek/Moore Tornado that hit there and that rating was a high end EF5 with winds of 318mph!
