For Question one, the Area for Triangle 4 should be given as; (Area Triangle 3+4 - Area Triangle 3 = Area Triangle 4 ). This is because Traingle 4 is not a right angle triangle, so we cannot use 0.5*b*h directly. However, amazing video, so clear and well explained. Many thanks.

What is the C.O.G for the triangle is it b/3 or 2b/3 cause in the first two examples you used 1/3 and last example 2/3 so I beg for your explanation mum am confused but any way well done.

COG of triangle is h/3 from triangle base and 2h/3 from triangle apex. In the first 2 ques COG is considered from triangle base. And in the last que COG is considered from the Cut C point means from triangle apex .

Would u please clarify my doubt...you took a formula for second problem is 1-sinπ instead of 1-sinπ/1+sinπ.so,how should we assume that which formulaes is used for different problems..is that different for active pressure and earth pressure?

Bro its easy ...coz in Qst they asked ..earth pressure at "Rest" ( so we have to use Ko = 1-sin∆ )
If they asked "Active" pressure we use (Ka= 1-sin∆/1+sin∆)
If they ask passive pressure we use ( Kp = 1+sin∆/1-sin∆ )
