For Question one, the Area for Triangle 4 should be given as; (Area Triangle 3+4 - Area Triangle 3 = Area Triangle 4 ). This is because Traingle 4 is not a right angle triangle, so we cannot use 0.5*b*h directly. However, amazing video, so clear and well explained. Many thanks.

COG of triangle is h/3 from triangle base and 2h/3 from triangle apex. In the first 2 ques COG is considered from triangle base. And in the last que COG is considered from the Cut C point means from triangle apex .

If beam capacity of taking load is 10 kn then in wsm we apply 5kn consider more factor of safety though its safe but its costly. In lsm we consider both safety and cost point of view and apply 8-8.5kn load.
There are some mistakes in calculation of your 1question P2=28.80ayega apne 25.18nikala P3=13.38apne5.93nikala Total pressure87.81ayega apne 77nikala but overall good session
