Designer animals. There's a trend for these designer animals, but it's much better to go to a shelter or pound and find an animal that needs a new home. There are a lot of amazing animals! But financing thousands of dollars on an animal is insane.
Designer fragrances. Spending anywhere from $300 and up on fragrances is insane. I learned my lesson. There are a lot of amazing fragrances that will not break the bank.
The latest and greatest technology. Whether or not the phone, computer, or any other device, it's a colossal waste of money just to buy the newest technology. If you need a phone, go ahead and get the best one. But you don't need to upgrade every 6 months or every year. You're a fool.
High-end liquor. I got into bourbon for a while and tried some expensive brands. But spending $600 for a bottle is insane. There are affordable liquors that aren't going to cost hundreds of dollars.
Certain vehicles. Don't ever buy a Range Rover. Don't buy a car that does not have a back seat or has a tiny backseat. It's not functional, and you'll be the guy who can't drive because nobody can fit in the backseat. For that reason, I will never own a sports car. Four doors are more practical and reasonable. So, if you can find a cool car that meets your budget and has four doors and four seats, that's awesome. I also will never buy a car with my ego. There are many affordable options out there, but if you keep getting into the habit of keeping up with the Joneses or people you see on social media, it's a recipe for disaster.
Counterfeit watches. I did it when I was younger and thought it was cool at first. But it was a piece of crap, and I never wore it. I was always concerned somebody would be able to tell.
Tech watches. Also, don't buy tech watches because although they're functional, no stylish dude is rocking a tech watch. The watch is a fantastic accessory, and you want to look down and see a sexy ass watch like mine from Aura.
Neckties. You should always look for an affordable option and not spend much money on ties. Nobody knows how much you spend, and they all look the same. Why would you spend hundreds of dollars when you can buy one for $30?
Cheap shoes. Wear higher-quality shoes. They don't need to be expensive but don't buy cheap shoes. Whether or not it's sneakers, boots, or dress shoes, if it's not genuine leather, you don't want to do it. You want good construction and high quality. Instead, I would stretch for a higher quality shoe that's more out of my price range and know I will wear them for years instead of buying something cheap.
Cheap gym and fitness equipment-including cardio-won't last, and it's a waste of money.
Workout or muscle-building supplements. I do not waste my money on those, but I do spend money on good quality whey protein, multivitamins, pre and probiotics, and micronutrients. You're not getting what you think you're purchasing with pre and post-workouts and all that stuff. The supplement industry is not regulated like food so anybody can make claims about a product. Also, what truly makes a difference is exercising and working out consistently. Focus on higher quality foods and diet to move the needle.
Tobacco. Don't waste your money. You'll get addicted, your teeth will yellow and rot, and it's brutal to try to quit. Don't mess around with cigars, we, or any other type of recreational anything. You don't want it to mess with your brain.
Eating out. It's a massive waste of money, and you can't control what you’re consuming. You think you're eating healthy, but restaurants sneak in hidden calories, sodium, preservatives, and other ingredients.
Cheap grooming products. You want to opt for higher quality because they’re better for your health and you. You don't want products that destroy your endocrine system or mess up your hair. Invest in higher quality products so that they don't ruin your testosterone and endocrine system. - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต

Alpha I’m a fool. I admit it to you. I used to be that guy who bought a phone every year to iwatch every year but I’ve been a good boy. I’m gonna try to buy a phone this year outside of that I’ll hold off for a couple years, maybe buy a watch also we’ll see about that iPad not so sure But yeah I used to do that. Dude, I used to buy a phone every year latest and greatest wasted money.
Great content, as always! A bit off-topic, I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (purchase pet beef artwork wedding page tray shrimp addict modify spoon notice). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
My grandfather had a saying:
"Don't ever cheap-out on bed, shoes and tyres. Where you touch the ground - that's where you should have good quality"
Exactly.
Great Wisdom!
And where you touch cloth.....
This feels like the *old* Alpha M. Just solid advice and a positive vibe. You listened to the feedback. Kudos.
I've watched you for like 10 years. You helped me grow up as a teenager and make me better.
One of your best videos in a while - I agree 100% with all of this advice. Learn where you should save money in life, and also when you should spend more to not get ripped off in the long run.
Alpha: My phone is 4 years old, I’m saving money.
Also Alpha: owns a RANGE ROVER, two BMWs, +$200 bourbons
Shitty Range Rover*
He’s rich….he is aware most his audience isn’t and therefore providing rational advice in which he does not need to follow himself…and good on him, he works hard for his money and success….
I used to buy those cheap designer watches until I realized they were junk. I now buy quality watches.
OMEGA 🔥
👏👏👏👏
If you wanted to spend a lot of money on a watch you should have acquired a Rolex instead. Almost the same price but Rolex has way more status.
@@PAVELKOULIKOVTissot is a Swiss brand that makes chronometers that are just as good at a fraction of the price. My guilty pleasure is Longines Master Collection.
Rolex is overrated 😅@@PAVELKOULIKOV
@@PAVELKOULIKOVyou buy a watch for status? I buy omegas cause I prefer them….thee end 😮
I've been liking these style of videos. They give us insight into how you really feel about stuff and where you personally put your money. Keep it up!
Low quality tools are always a bad idea, especially if you're repairing quality things
Really liking this current vibe and you are looking healthy and happy so good on you.
Cheers man🍻
I love how you are encouraging people to not waste money on certain items, but you are promoting a watch brand that looks really nice/fancy...but in the end telling your audience to buy this expensive item.
It’s less than a $150, how is that expensive compared to other watches? It’s literally the affordable version.
@@rdcwild3023The only bad thing about it is we all know Aaron wouldn’t wear those Aura watches. You’re right, they are decently affordable and it is due to the quality of the watches. I remember when he used to heavily promote MVMT watches, which they look nicer than these ugly Aura watches. In 2017 I got one because Aaron always promoted them. It was a piece of junk. He promotes stuff based on what keeps him rich, rather than based on genuine recommendations or what he’d actually use.
@@rdcwild3023he’s selfishly promoting trash. $150+ for a quartz wannabe AP/Patek hybrid when the same replica watches he claims you shouldn’t spend money on can be had for less and with an automatic movement 😂
@@oddrigo then don’t buy it. It’s funny you dumb motherfuckers watch his entire video, yet you look past literally all of the amazing tips he’s given simply because he’s promoting a product that you don’t agree with.
@@oddrigo then don’t buy it. It’s funny you dumb@sses are here watching his video yet you choose to overlook all of the amazing tips he’s given simply because he promotes a product that you don’t agree with. How childish can you be?
Coffee shops. Huge waste of money for an overpriced drink.
I love coffee, my wife loves coffee. We bought a nice machine to make coffee at home. Now we just pay for beans and water (maybe some flavor if we want) and save a ton of money that would otherwise go to coffee shops
Agree
More money to save
Twin film of Style OG! What are the odds, crazy timing. Good tips in both! ❤
Thank you so much for these videos alpha m. I'm 23 years old, and have started to make more income in my life, and this video literally popped up at the right time for me 🙏
I used to buy cheap belts that would crack and break within 5 months. But i've learned my lesson, it's better to pay a bit extra and get a genuine leather, good quality belt than the cheap stuff.
We got our cat from a hospital down the road. Paid $50.00 for him. I named him Gohan.
😻
Good job!!
@@srbell67 Thanks.
@@PODSMPSG1 I have a rescue 😺 as well. Love him

2:23 Buying a comfortable and safe 4-door car to accommodate your family is what separates men from the boys. Buy a sports car is have an insane wad of cash to waste, but it would still look juvenile.
Laughs in CL63/S63 Coupé AMG...
@@AssassinBeef Happy for you that you're blessed with money to buy such an expensive car, but I am not that rich and honestly can't afford this vehicle.
@ Oh no, I wasnt trying to flex or say that I have money. I meant it that not all 2 door sport cars have to look or be childish. The Mercedes CL and S Class coupé, SL are both two door cars, that look so elegant and deliver great performance (Gentleman Car). Same with Aston Martin (James Bond). So I was just trying to say that not all two door cars have to look juvenile, some are specifically created to have a gentleman target audience. 👍
Wow, you are rolling lately. Evolving. I respect you sharing the journey, honestly and candidly, like you always have. Rock on, bro.♥
The quality and content has improved since Aaron admitted he wasn't doing his best.
My mom told me that her dad uses a brand called old spice. She got me a couple for Christmas and it smells amazing. I’ve used AB spirit millionaire for about two years and the price would be about £20 to about £50 depending where you get it from and it doesn’t do anything the smell would go in about an hour. Old spice is about £7.99 and it would amazing stays on my skin for 24hours and no waste.
I like how you are just now discovering one of the oldest and most popular brands LOL
Smell like a Boomer! 😂 Nothing wrong with that it is a good scent. However, when I was a kid/teen in the 80s and 90s I didn’t want to smell like my dad. It’s probably been long enough for Zoomies can wear it and be cool. 😊
A brand called Old Spice! lol
I guess you are probably 7 years old or something.
you didn’t know what old spice is?
That was one of your best videos to date. You remind me of me!! Buy the best you can afford, eat well and plenty of exercise.
Excellent brother! The value you provide is incredible! After years of major success in investing and online business ventures, it's humbling to learn from amazing creators like you as I transition into sharing knowledge on TH-cam. You make this journey so much more enriching for experienced entrepreneurs. Keep leading the way!
Streaming services… get 1 maybe 2. You can’t watch more than that at the same time, but switch every couple months to get a fresh set of shows and movies.
TVs and laptops… don’t buy the cheapest, but top of the line will be half price in a year and these days improvement in those technologies are minimal. Mid range price or lower is the place to be.
Paint… this is an item you get what you pay for in terms of coverage, durability, washability, etc. the extra $5-$10 a can is worth it if for your long term home.
Thank you for this video Alpha! Watching from South Africa.🙏🏽
I’m a girl watching u idk why but i saw u on Shark Tank and u have built such an amazing brand it’s really inspiring
Buying way too many clothes, especially the ones you know are just fads and won't be fashionable the moment their trend dies and hang in your closet, is also a way of divorcing us from our money. Also, books, I've got books than I have free time to read them, it looks good in a book case but that's that.
Gentlemen! It’s easy to be big and alpha and be budget-conscious.
It helps to be over 30 or over 40. Hehheh.
My personal opinion?
Mid-range fragrances, carefully picked out. Heck, if you already have a #1 lady, they’ll literally TELL you! My gal said “Aqua Di Gio”…not cheap, not expensive. I always wear it. She loves it. My ex wife and my daughter love it. I’ve revived compliments. Good. Done.
Summertime I default to an old, old standard every man can do in summer: find yourself a decent quality Bay Rum!
Tech. I’m a nerd. I’m an Apple nerd, too.
However, it’s better to have solid, fast, easy functionality than the newest.
I’ve been running an iphone12 for two years since it was already two years old. I’m looking to upgrade to the forthcoming SE4/16E (whatever they end up calling it).
Despite being a geek, I’m also a man, so I/we just want it to work and be practical!
Save lots of money and focus on that!
Watches.
As a tech nerd and Apple nerd you’d think I’d advocate an Apple Watch.
Nope.
I actually prefer the newer, retro styles offered by Casio.
Thick, chunky, great style. Full-force everyday function.
Look great with so many dress styles!
Winter coats.
Don’t spend a lot on design stuff when you can seek out a timeless design….the pea coat!
Do your research and don’t skimp, and you can still spend not so much and grab one that will last quite a long time and will never ever fade, fashion-wise!
Also….no matter your age, your overall style, nor body type….EVERY man looks automatically ten time cooler in a quality pea coat!
Best work-out supplement?
Water!
Have a better one, guys!
Personally I don't struggle with sports gambling but that's one that man, that's becoming a serious problem for a lot of guys.
good one! The gambling sites/apps have exploded. Huge issue for younger generation. Stay away guys.
I literally only get a new phone when it doesn’t hold a decent charge anymore. Buying fragrances on TEMU and from B&BW is clutch.
1 argument to the 2 seater would be a small truck like a Ford Ranger. What you lose is passengers you gain in bed utility, and they're so cheap you won't feel bad.
Bed utility as in picking up chicks? 🤔
Yeah? It will be great sitting in the bed of the truck during winter, if you live in a northern state. 😂
⌚️ The Silver Aura is Clean & Sleek..❤. ; Totally Agree - I been using iPhone 10 for 6 Years, it’s not broken so I’ll keep using it.. 😁
A thoughtful list 👍
Despite being a middle-class (a Nine-to-fiver) and not being able to own expensive stuff so far, whenever it comes to buying anything, I always decide with these two quotes in my head. First one is quite famous by W. Buffet: Never buy things you don't need because soon you'll have to sell things you need. Second one is from Chris Paul (NBA Player) who once said in an interview: Spend money on experiences rather than things. Former applies to all people regardless their wealth and later, applies to rich people who normally think of owning a third or fourth car etc.
Overall, I think it would be better if you encourage your viewers to a minimalist way of life which will have a positive effect on many aspect of ones' life - not only the amount money they can save 😀
I just spend my money on health and wellness, education, and clothes on black Friday.
That’s a good investment
I cracked my phone months ago. Didn't even want to spend money on a new one lol they all do the same thing just about
Aura ultra thin steel/blue ordered and on the way! 🙂
I gotten a Labradane (Great Dane-Lab mix) from a shelter. He's a phenomenal dog and we got the mastiff-sized our family wished 😊
🐶🐕🐕🦺
Most legit/relatable video you’ve dropped in a while. Well done bro
Do Aura watches need battery replacement and what about Bowflex gym equipment
Thank you for this !!!! 👍🏿☮️
I could do with a new laptop, a new phone, a new monitor, new airpods, a new watch, and some new trainers. But everything I have still works well enough, just showing its age a bit, and I'll wait until I really really need to buy something new.
I bought an Aura from your link a few months ago. It's a beautiful watch.
Love it 🎉🎉😂😂
Solid vid. Being an ex meathead bodybuilder, he hit the nail on the head with supps. My old bodybuilding coach worked for Sci Fit back in the day. Most of them are bunk. The pre workouts are hilarious to me because all you're doing is over taxing your central nervous system. That's why you experience a crash. Like he said, stick with a good protein powder, a good multi vitamin, maybe some ALA, but for the most part, my rule of thumb was if you're spending more on supplements than you are on food, you're doing it wrong.
Ex-meathead too…Agree with you…except for creatine monohydrate!
I agree with you 96%. I own a tech watch to monitor my sleep and exercise. That’s it. I won’t go out with one. I like wearing nicer watches. Because if you and RMRS, I bought a couple Vincero watches. A-mazing!!!
Great video! Personally I love neckties and I agree that you can get the same look for cheap, but the quality of the tie is huge. Ties that are cheap in material are noticeable, so it’s good to avoid certain ties like polyester and acrylic. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get a good quality tie for a fair price either and places like eBay sells great silk ones for under $20!
I think other things would be subscriptions you don’t use. Especially streaming services
Buy your clothes and shoes in October and February. Build a really nice wardrobe with clearance prices.
Well done dude, u r getting mature a teaching people what really matters…. Quality always preferred over quantity by a gentleman dude…
You know if there is a turtleneck and a watch in the thumbnail, I'm clicking on it!
Keep up the good fight fratello and your home looks beautiful btw.
T.
What are some good boot brands?? Definitely want to get myself some leather chukka boots for my bday
Thursday boots company. Well, made a bit heavy but lasts a long tome.
I would never buy cheap, no name watches like the ones you advertising! For me it’s even worse than fake Rolex!
Nothing wrong with these watches. Just because they are less complicated doesn’t mean they are bad. No different than Honda compared to Mercedes.
Good. Stay poor!
Ok then go and spend 5000 bucks on a watch that looks and works the same as a 100 dollar watch.
Alpha I am still addicted to tobacco it sucks I tried everything but unable to quit please make a video for that if possible
Will you make a video for young guys for gifts ideas and dates for Valentine’s Day’s? If so LIKE
If the video is made I’m wondering when to give what gifts during the day ?
I'm glad I've decided to take over my father's 2017 Buick Verano. God rest his soul. Gave up the lease of my 2023 Acura Integra and now payment free. And the Verano is a good little car. Takes me to work and back. And that's good enough for me
"everybody in the watch world is talking about these watches"
I just spent a day at the Horological Society of New York.
Believe me when I say, NOBODY is talking about these quartz watches.
I work from home and wear my Apple Watch most of the time, but whenever I go out, I’m taking that thing off and putting on a real watch.
So he read "Stop acting rich" and "Millionaire next door" and made a video. That's great.
Spoiler... I can't read 😳
@alpham yes you can. 🤣😂
Watches can be addicting and nullify all of the aforementioned savings advice altogether if it gets out of hand lol
I loved the watch and wardrobe collections tho.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but ebook titled The Censored Guide to Wealth on Bovolorus might be the answer you’re looking for
I'm watching this on a OnePlus 6.
My EDC phone is a pixel 6a. I got my wife and I both the same phone for $299 each. I installed Graphene OS on both, so the battery life is still phenomenal.
I'm also a dupe fragrance fanatic. Some of the dupe fragrances you can get today are unbelievably good. I rock a lot of those.
Same with watches. China makes some lovely watches at wonderful prices. I have some very stylish, classy looking watches from AliExpress.
My Timex American Documents is such a nice watch, I refuse to wear it. It still has the original plastic. I've never bent the strap to put it on. It just stays in its oak box, being pristine.
Real rap on neck ties. I have copped tons of dope ties at thrift stores or estate sales.
Solid list.
I agree with you in everything except the car,
For me, engine and performance is the thing which I want in my personal car, I don't want a 5 seater van, I love muscle cars, sports cars and gt cars, that's how a car should be, big engine, loud sound, quick acceleration etc., for money saving purpose getting an used car is better
This isn't about giving real advice. These are mostly personal preferences. About a minute in, I realized I don't give a $hit about another dude's preferences.
Great video, common sense!
I'm also rocking the Pixel 5
Thanks with your videos man!
I have a Pixel 3a 😊 still works fine.
Did you ever try First Phorm products?
Not gonna lie, surprised you have so many plastic hangers Alpha, thought it would be all wood. I am probably wasting money on my BCAAs though lol.
stop with those 10 dollar watches.....they look like a 100 dollar watch that should be 29.95. smh
The power level of alpha m, has exceeded that of 9,000. However, the power level of sigma m, has far exceeded that of 9 trillion.
We need an updated 2025 manscaping/ grooming video Alpha👍🏼
My first laptop lasted me for 9 years, phones are budget ones that are very about $120 and last about 2 year or more. Depends what you need them for. I have a very smart work's laptop (company own that!) I only need a basic tech, for emails, shopping, TH-cam, that is about it! If you need tech for work, then do not go cheap, you'd need some decent stuff!
Aftershave, check the sales, watches cost me like $30 to tell them time, ha! Car's are cheap to buy (standard cars!) But again depends on you reason for a car, do you travel for work, do you need it for a family, etc? I think it all depends on your needs and income?
Funny thing is after this video of ‘sexy watch’ he’s promoting, he’s back wearing his Rolex. 😅😂😆
Great video
That Aura watch you mentioned should also be included in your items that are a total waste of money. Thats a total AP knock off. I guarantee Alpha never wears it
Next video: “Why aura watches are better than Rolex watches”
😂 iykyk
I own four watches, all under $1000 each. I bought a watch case recently. When I'm not home, the watches are locked in my safe. On my days off, I put them in my case so I can see them just because I consider them works of art, so to speak.
Bourbon drinker here. Expensive bourbon is not worth it in my opinion. Haven’t had anything over $70 a bottle that was worth the extra money.
That's stuff u wouldn't buy doesn't mean the next person wouldn't buy and enjoy
I say it on all your videos. I woukd never buy or wear earrings as a grown man. I ditched mine in early 2000
Try DE razor shaving with sub $.10 blades.
I tried using a cheap razor and it didn't work out too good
What about an online course that will teach me how to be a sigma male? or alpha at least? Or a balloon popping dating game?
#13 in the video is spelled tabacco FYI. Thanks for all the information you share.
Love your cat hanging out on your bed.
I like everything that was suggested except for not investing in a nice quality necktie. I don't know how anybody who is into fashion and good men style could not tell the difference
Some great points here, but disagree a little on the tech. Phones/laptops don't need to be upgraded every year or 2, but do need to be able to receive the latest security updates. Or you could end up in a word of pain.
Well an edge razor you can find a cheap price which comes out cheaper cause the blades comes out way less expensive
I use a smart watch but only when I'm exercising or lounging around. It's great to take my watch/airpods on a walk for music and podcasts instead of my phone, but I wouldn't ever wear it to a date or work!
I switched to straight razor shaving over 20 years ago. I’ve probably spent $20 dollars on razors.
Watches are no longer a necessity. Yes tech watches are nerdy but I can start my car, tap to pay and tell the time.
I’ve had $40 shoes that are comfortable and I’ve had $140 shoes that are trash. Buy what feels good.
Upgrade phones every 3-4 generations. Enough has changed to justify the upgrade.
Back seats are important. Especially for the young dudes. Keep some towels back there. 😂
Teeth whitening strips. These strips are actually expensive and ineffective, but very well marketed though. Spend 2x money and go to the clinic, the result will last longer and you will get whiter teeth.
Supplements are the biggest scam. Upgrade your budget for food! go with salmon, better steak, quality eggs... you will have better results.
i quit using nicotine after 8 years also stopped using marijuana this year. glad i’ve grown up from those childish ways
lol, this guy is the goat... idc if he sells shit on his channel
He really hates his Range Rover LOL
The even worse waste of money over eating out is delivery meals, uber, dash money suck. Don't sign up. period.
