All you teens, 20's, and 30's people have an advantage that is so great. People like Aaron sharing these tips is great and needed. It's almost common knowledge now, but it wasn't when I was young. I could have used this info earlier. The most nutrition advice we got in the 70's and 80's was "Shut up and eat your vegetables". I'm doing my best now to get into the shape that my life deserves.

F- all that!!! I’ve lost so much weight and got into shape by doing the carnivore diet! I get the grass fed everything when possible. I also eat high fat meats and still add grass fed butter to it. Our bodies need them fats. Eat everything that comes from an animal! I’ve lost nearly 100lbs and I feel absolutely amazing!!!!

There are no food that guarantee fat loss, its all about caloric deficit. No matter what do you eat, if you are in caloric deficit, pounds will get down. As a someone who lost over 60lbs in 10 months, this video is perfect for me to post the comment. In 2024 I made decision to change my life and I started with small steps... cold shower, warm lemonade and fast walking after wake up, swap sweets with fruits... After 5 days I was feeling completely different! I had more energy and strength. Than I took meal plan from website Onlymeal for weight loss, and followed their workout plan too. After 30 days, I lost 12lbs. After next 30 days I lost 15lbs. Nothing comes overnight
Yes, but also eating 2000 calories of McDonald’s and eating 2000 calories of good food will make you look completely different. It affects your skin, it affects how bloated you looking due to water retention. You can definitely lose weight eating whatever in a caloric deficit, but you won’t look as good or feel as good as when you eat healthy food.
I eat organic avocado oil based mayo with my one meal a day which gets me the healthy fats, avocado oil, some protein and eggs in one. I practice intermittent fasting so only coffee in the morning then one meal being a large salad at noon with plenty of organic beef cooked in lots of coconut oil (no bison as my local butcher shop), mayo and different mix of fresh organic veggies. Like you I do cardio each day in my case a good 45 minute run/walk on the beach each morning. If I need a snack later on I make a small smoothie with one banana, mixed nut butter, pro-biotics, psyllium/flax mix, liquid minerals, raw organic cacao powder and almond milk.
None of the stuff in the cart just melts fat off that’s not how food or the body works, the way to lose fat is a calorie deficit for atleast 6-12 weeks at a time then maintenance then if needed cut again doesn’t really matter what you eat as long as you eat clean unprocessed foods like stuff that grows from the earth naturally (edit: also any lean protein is what you should aim for lean ground beef, chicken breast salmon etc just don’t eat like a slob)
Recycled black plastic has been associated with cancer so I wouldn't eat out of a tray like that. Also, touching raw meat and raw fish like that is asking for cross contamination 🙁

I’m doing the same & I believe we’re the same age (I turn 50 this month). However, you have a leg up on me as far as starting with a lower BF%. My goal is 20%. I’m currently at 27% and at my peak in the past few years back in mid-2021, I was only able to get to 23% with 127lbs of muscle mass at 175lbs overall at 5’8”. I’m also getting my T levels checked again in a few weeks. 2yrs ago I was sitting on the low end of normal at 330 & that was with lifting regularly 3 times a week total body & eating pretty good.
I'm too poor for all that meat Alpha, illy stick to my Costco 24-pack of PASTEUR-RAISED eggs :) Now, if Costco could get a humanely raised label, these would be the highest tier eggs in the USA and inexpensive :) I gained 5# of muscle in 2024 eating my Chipotle chicken bowl diet (no cheese) and daily boiled egg (the mentioned Costco ones) lol. It has been working fairly well for me 😂🤣 I just wish Chipotle could somehow raise their chickens better.

Alpha, I hear you on the Factor. I used to order from them. What gave me pause was 1. It’s wrapped in plastic? 2. You have to use the microwave which kills whatever nutrients that’s in the food, not to mention the plastic bleeding directly into your meal. Just my take.
These food prep companies are great it’s a great idea but I want to see who’s avoiding the microwave. The microwave destroys nutrient value - BUT I don’t know how long something has to be in for to be destroyed. 2 minutes isn’t so bad.

Go hunt, the walking will help you burn fat you can get non farmed high protein meat with no antibiotics ever for alot cheaper. another red meat full of iron and good proteins is deer, or elk. you can go fishing and get cuts of fish for way cheaper, while trout may not have as many omega 3 fatty acids itsa a good meat very versatile: and the process of getting it is like a workout. Stop buying in stores and get back to hunting and foraging. Garden for your produce, don't pay 5.99 a pound for it get outside enjoy the world. Not a good time to farm learn to can in the meantime then when it is farming season you can plant harvest and can the things you enjoy eating but won't stay fresh through the winter otherwise.

Greek yogurt with mixed berry's is my go too at night time when I have a sweet tooth .healthy and packed with protein also keep insulin level very low
