Dude, thank you so much for this video. It was so frustrating looking for cars and not wanting to buy one with this because there might be crash damage. I finally found a good deal and bought my first Mercedes (a 2006 S55 AMG). And now I just have to fix the bumper sag.

I’ve looked everywhere and now i followed your instructions, it looks like a new car, fixed it together with changing headlight glass and my car looks like it just left the showroom a while ago 👍
This looks similar to how it is assembled on a w220. I think I loosened those bolts when replacing the a/c compressor and it is causing the misalignment between the headlight and the bumper on the drivers side.
Once the bolts al loose it doesnt need that much pressure, the jack is basically to keep it in place while you tighten the bold at the right position. thanks for your advice.
One of them had to be loosened up from underneath the car with a long version of the t50 tool i show in the video. No special tools or lift needed, just a bit of patience and you will get it done. :)
@@jchandal5238 I did this on the drivers side this afternoon, but the bumper is still touching the light. I have a W220 but I figured the procedure would be the same.
Good job dude!! But at the end final pictures with lamps shows that lamps are not correct set up with the bumper.. gaps between lamps and bumper are on some places not ok

Thank for your clip. I've tried to remove the bumper many times, but failed. Now I understand why the gap exists ^^ I've fixed it.

How many bolts total you need to loosen to align the bumper for w211?
Is it necessary to remove the bumper cover? Seems that it's possible that bending the lower lip forward gives acess to the crash bar.

i had to lift it up, it was sagging.

yep, i aligned them quickly a couple of weeks after i did the video. they have accesible regulators easy to reach.
