This isn't from a movie. It's just a music video. The guy actor is Vicky Kaushal, one of the finest actors currently working in Hindi cinema.
My dad really loved Bollywood songs and would whistle long tunes very well. People would always listen in awe especially because they'd be hearing Indian tunes for the first time.

@EKLAVYA PRATHABHA VARMA Sorry you feel that way, but you only have to use your ears...and your eyes. Watch some of the clips on TH-cam of flamenco music and Rajasthani folk music. Watch videos of Romani themselves explaining their influence on flamenco music (on TED Talks) and you can either believe them or ignore them ( they have been marginalised as a group, for the past thousand years). If you did not already know, nothing was known about the origins of flamenco music until research began a mere 150 years ago. Since then and even now, it is an area of music that receives scant research and attention, as there has been, and still is, prejudice and ignorance towards them ( the Romani people).

There is a female version of this song that is sung by Asees Kaur, Composed by B Praak (He composed this Arijit version as well). I very much recommend giving it a watch! The vibe is very different!! meaning no flutes and Spanish guitar etc. It's so interesting how they've added a complete other story to a song that has the same exact lyrics.. by the change of instruments and singer singing. - To me the video is about Lucifer the fallen angels fall from grace & Mother Mary.. and both having a conversation with each other about the letting go.. hurt.. anger.. and rage.. Nora dancing with the the other dancers makes me think of how Lucifer was once a beautiful angel that too danced with the angels before the fall... -- BUT that's just my theory and interpretation of the video and the lyrics.
