I got Hatfield sas 12ga only run 3inch mag 4shot or high brass 5 or 6 shot . Never put low brass in my yet. I say oil it and clean might have adjusted the gas sleve in it also for light field loads.
Imagine that. The factory tells you this. Read your owners manual. I have 3 of these, they fire everything, including low brass target ammo. The Winchester White Box shells from Walmart are garbage.
@BendingBallistics ya after 200 rounds and a cleaning mine is all good thanks for the clarification but alot of people on yt grab it out of the box and start shooting the white box
@txgaspimp9321 ive seen a few of those, however my channel is not like that, I don't show everytime I goto the range or to a match but I have a large round count thru this shotgun the Winchester white box does not run in mine, I want it to run it, im going to upgrade my gas system in it soon, hopefully then the Winchester white box may run
@NChillbilly it should run the ammo I was feeding it it was well beyond break in cycles. I've cleaned the gas system multiple times now, I also have the mind set if a firearm can't run dirty it doesn't deserve to run clean...
It's disappointing I'm sure. Have seen so many mixed reviews. Some swear by theirs and others having issues like you have. I guess there are a lot of duds out their. It sucks because I was trying to talk myself into one since I don't have 2k for the real thing. I had a Benelli M1 back in the 90's and loved it.
@wnessnol I did follow the instructions thanks, it's ran it off and on and if a shot gun that has well over 1500 rounds thru it won't run "cheap" ammo then what's the point in ig it should run it everything you feed it just as good really isn't that good there's a part 2 coming out
@BendingBallistics maybe you have better luck, or your springs happen to be weaker, but semi auto shotguns, of all brands, are NOTORIOUS for being unreliable with low brass, because they're usually gassed to run optimally with 3" shells, as that's what they're chambered for. Both the springs and gas system run best on beefier loads. Some even tell you in the manual to ONLY run high brass.

A reliable just as good firearm should be able to run all ammo
Winchester ammo is complete garbage!! Especially the Winchester m855 penetrator I had so many round s that had bad primers
I have this shotgun I have 500 rounds through it.. with no issues it depends on the shells you’re using.
High brass to break it in I have the same one after the break in 👍🏻

What I don't understand is why people review weapons without following the break in process which clearly states 1250 ft per sec until break in

You have a lot of rounds thru it but not of high pressure stuff…. Gotta follow to the letter or it’s on u

What's the FPS on that birdshot? Its recommended to only run 1350 FPS or higher ammo for the break-in period.
It was 1300

@@NChillbilly I mean for a cheaper shot gun in semi auto their not awful, the only ammo it hasn't ran is the white box Winchester
why would it run that trash? follow the directions. Get an M2 or mac2 if you want low brass

Low brass runs like shit in nearly all semi autos.
The federal low brass ive been running runs fine

@TheCoolwhipped I have a pison gas system in this one it's generally pretty reliable other then with Winchester white box ammo
