THE PHILIPPINES!!! I can't wait for those vlogs! The Philippines is like heaven on Earth! Awesome country and the people are so friendly! I stayed at Amorita Resort just above Alona Beach on Panglao/Bohol in 2014! Kawasan Falls, Whale sharks, Chocolate Hills, Tarsiers, Diving and so much more! Will there be a replay from last year, I wonder? ;) I sure hope so! El Nido is a place I much visit next time! Cya around, buddy, I'm still here. ;)
That's very true Jimmy! Specially Cebu City though lots of islands in the Philippines showcase different wonders. Even me, as a native there, has not thoroughly explored my country yet. :)
I think that new lens is considered a zoomed in portrait lens, you always need 2x the numbers with gh4 because its micro 4/3. So a 40mm lens is really a 80mm lens on it. Portrait len is normally 50mm for most camera so that means you need a 25mm for the same look. f1.4 would be great for that cam. cheers

I made a conscious decision when starting my vlog to shoot and upload everything in 4K. I straight away encountered issues with my laptop not being powerful enough to even view the files, let alone edit them. Let me know if you have any issues as I have a workaround :)

+kurk31993 Mall of Asian doesnt feel big at all because it's only 2 floors. I'd advise him to skip it. The best malls are SM Megamall, SM Aura, and Greenbelt (doesnt feel like a mall, more like fancy park with shops and restaurants)
when you mentioned Facetime reminded me of this Hispanic girl that burned her boyfriends clothes in her closet at her apt then started a huge apt fire.. she filmed it on Facetime burned down a 20-unit apt bldg...dddduuhhhh the jury was impressed she is doing 8 yrs for arson...she was from LA so what else is new...
