"sometimes the action leads to the inspiration" this is so true and definitely something I want to try to remember more often

This is great. It's a credit to your sense of values and generous personality that you're willing to take the time out of your very busy life to connect with your fans in this manner. Maybe some day I'll get to see one of your performances.

No-one is perfect but you are pretty darn close Ramin. Definitely everything in a man I would ever look for. I hope Mandy really knows how lucky she is. She must really have done something wonderful in a past life to be with you in this. Lucky lady. God bless you and your lovely family.

    Hi Ramin!
What is your favorite part about meeting your fans? Do you have any memorable fan experiences?

2:50 This is so true. My sister is an artist (of the painting variety, though she also has a day job), and she definitely has on days and off days, and for the off days she just has to leave it alone. She won't get anything productive done and it will be a frustrating mess for her. Then she'll be a frustrating mess for the rest of us :)
I, myself, am a writer (another kind of artist). Sometimes the best thing I can do for a story is leave it alone for a while and come back with fresh eyes. Occasionally if I think I really need to be working, I'll look for things which inspire me in music and art related in some way to the story. Then I'll put something down in writing- even if I don't think it's very good- just to have a place to start editing later :P For me, that works pretty well. Or sometimes I'll ask for input from others, and THAT will give me inspiration (my mother in particular is a phenomenal sounding board, and she doesn't mind me pestering her with my latest project, God bless her

    Lovely video!
Just chiming in regarding singing and weightlifting - there's nothing wrong with it at all, in fact, it's probably quite a good thing to build musculature support networks. I think the only consideration to be aware of is the valsalva maneuver (this helps us lift heavy objects by increasing pressure in the system, as well as spiking blood pressure to boost the bodies efficiency for the task).
The consideration here is with the sub-glottic pressure buildup, as this pressure naturally needs to be released when the lifting task becomes easier. Generally we don't want an 'explosion' of air to pass through the vocal folds as it can be quite abrasive and forceful, we want this release to be decompressing steadily. Often you see people lifting and releasing the pressure with an exhaled "ahhh" or a grunt of some kind - this forces the vocal folds apart with an 'explosive' effect and is what we're trying to avoid (this is also why you hear some GYM go-ers with a raspy/husky kind of voice). Instead, we want to release the pressure on a 'hiss' sound as this naturally decompresses the vocal folds (basically thins them out and allows them to open) which in turn allows for a steady, non-explosive pressure release event.
So, the tl;dr basically is that the weightlifting if you're a singer combo isn't bad, as long as you're releasing the breath on a 'hiss' sound.

I think it’s a great to weight lift as s singer! Especially lat pulldowns as it strengthens muscles that help you with breathing and stamina. It helps engage your body which is needed for singing. So long as you do it safely/properly.
You don’t have to of course! If you don’t like it then don’t 😂 but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t or should avoid it.
    Hope this helps anyone xx

HI Ramin, I am a big fan and I am a music therapy major.
I was wondering what advice you have for really anyone studying music who feel like they are struggling to find that they chose the right career in music.?
Another question I have is, what is your advice to people living away from home or on their own for the first time and coming into their own person while at school/work?

Hi Ramin, my question is: do you pronounce Iranian eye-rain-ee-in or a-rahn-ee-in? Love you so much, I’m a 15 year old aspiring actress and I’d love to work with you someday! You’re really a master at your art. Thanks for reading my question, I appreciate it so much.♥️
