Many baritones cant comfortably go that low, not to mention as casually as he did. He just had it. Not even to mention that he is most likely a true though exceptionally dark tenor, making that even more impressive. I bet he has a low E.

Controversial subject lol, in terms of classical singing/ vocal fach he would be a lyric baritone, its the highest vocal fach in the baritone category, most people just say "baritenor"
It’s so weird that he kind of sucks as Judas. He has the range, but it sounds like he struggled a lot with the songs. It sounds like he was struggling to stop defaulting to his operatic instead of doing the rock voice/runs that the role demands.

He’s definitely a tenor…Not even remotely close to a baritone. I’m a classically trained baritone/voice teacher
