Being told that you’re ruining someone’s life financially and potentially risking them becoming homeless and saying “that’s his problem, not mine” is straight-up psychopath behavior and I genuinely can’t believe these people think this kind of thing is acceptable.
Russia is similar to islam, where doing literally anything to people not a part of those groups is permitted. This ideology is widespread.

I'd argue this is worse than that.. A psychopath would at least be doing it with the intent to further themselves in some way, this does nothing for anyone. The worst is the subtle cheaters. They have perks and such woch makes you 2m guess yourself. I have been very picky lately and really disected my games to establish it's ALOT of subtle cheaters. It's disqusting.

These hackers need to chill and have fun, it's a game after all and if no one is being hurt for cruel reasons, then it can be a good experience. Plus they'd kinda save some money too not having to fork out cash for these subs to cheats.

Tbf its pretty cheap. I brought a menu for gta 5 a few years back and i think it cost about £5. I wasnt an offensive modder though. I used to spawn obstacle courses for lobbies and give special cars that you cant get online otherwise😂

@@claramiqo7691it depends on which cheats and how long you buy them for. A 1 week cheat pass is like $10 but a month one is only $25 but then the 3 month one is only $55 etc. it would come out to like a few quarters a day.

I find cheaters hilarious cause it's clear they do this for a reaction and they actually get made when you don't give them the reaction they want. I had a guy hold me hostage cause he didn't like that I was playing artist and he kept sending me messages bragging about how upset I must be. So I told him cool I'll just go cook some dinner then and the dude actually got mad and insulted me and tried to make it sound like he was letting me off the hook.
And like spookorher than pc I play on multiple consoles so when I do run into one I just play on something else.

@@songokusages5776 oh, most definitely it's stupid that it's even gotten this bad in the first place and all the devs have done is release new skins or events. I mean that's cool all but it's useless if I can't even play the game properly. But at this point, I'll take what W I can get from making these cheaters realize there is a way to beat them. And even if they hold all 3 of my consoles hostage and my pc I'm still stopping them from affecting other players for the time being.
But it would be a lot better if BHVR actually did something about these guys.

Went against a blatantly hacking Claudette the other day, playing via Epic.
Another Surv happened to be Live on Twitch at the time AND using Bond, so we gathered plenty of evidence, did the reporting and a few days later "Measures have been taken" upon next login.

You want to know whats really sad about this? In the most recent survey, under "What would you like us to focus on next?" they actually listed one of the answers as "Focus on enhancing our security and cheat prevention methods." I read that and wanted to flip my desk. Like, why is that something you're going to take away from your natural development to focus on, instead of just a natural process of your game design?! If you're telling me that it would take an entire Chapter rotation to get that sort of implementation, then its no wonder the game is so damn exploitable.

My dream scenario for these kinds of people would be them hacking in a match, then suddenly the match pauses for everyone, and a Dev-controlled Killer spawns in, walks up to the Hacker, Mori’s them, regardless of playing survivor or killer, and then hardware bans them while giving everyone else 10k BP and ending the match.
Would likely never happen sadly, but it would be amazing if it ever did happened since they’d need a whole new PC to get past a hardware ban. Would laugh so hard seeing these guys rendered powerless. Bonus points if it locks them into the match even if they try to leave the game.
That would be friggin amazing oh my god they need to hire you.

Came across one of theese hackers recently, sent a message to devs - no response. Kinda stupid it ruins the fun for normal people who just play it for fun and want to relax after work. Got a video in my noname channel about a hacker.
I reported a hacker with video proof to BHVR and they ignored the ticket completely. They don't care at all. It's embarrassing.
The most annoying thing is they most definitely have many epic accounts so they dont care if they get banned. They just move on to another account

@@GregPiggotthere’s a back door to getting unlimited accounts. It’s not epic but Xbox online/ Microsoft store. You pay a monthly fee of $9.99 and you can access a bunch of games online, you can create as many accounts as you want. Simply provide a new email. This would be be useless for many games cause you’d have to start over etc but if you have the cheats you can unlock all perks right away.
Something that's really funny about this situation is that Hens sort of accidentally bruised their ego HARD, not just once but twice. "Did I win?" revealed that he doesn't even remember - these guys IMMEDIATELY knew they had done it to Hens and remembered the game, but Hens barely remembered it had ever happened, let alone the outcome of the game. "... over the last few weeks there were a LOT of streamers..." they made sure to clarify they've been doing it for months, but it's hilarious to think they just got the reveal that even the people they're trying to torment are like, "yeah it's been going on a couple weeks I guess."
Basically, this cheating is the most important thing these guys have going on, and they sit around for months fantasizing about the impact they're having on the people they're fucking with... but most of those people barely remember it a few days later and just move on. The cheaters just got a reality check that they're really not having the emotional effect they think they are. I think that's hilarious.

I recently killed a hacker in dbd and I posted a video on it on my TH-cam, it was so funny since they acted like they were good. But yesterday I saw a LIVE TH-cam STREAMER HACKING I didn't comment or say anything but it was honestly so cringe to watch. Im not even gonna say the TH-camrs name so they dont get any attention.
It's hilarious how they brag and act like they are actually skilled at the game but the moment their cheats fail they start playing like trash. I once had a cheater whose cheats failed to work and bro couldn't last a minute being chased. And had the audacity to say the killer was playing unfairly.

Behavior needs to do like Rockstar did and go after the cheat makers with legal action, they can say that the cheat makers are costing them money and once they are gone the cheaters will not be able to get new accounts to cheat on after being banned

I had my first encounter with a cheater some days ago, saddest part was there wasn't even a streamer in the lobby and they where so bad that the killer got them out first.

I've played against cheaters before, once against a trapper who downed me picked me up, swing his weapon and we teleported to the basement, there was another time also when a lorie stroke was insta healing and insta doing gens vs a clown. And then just last night the worst one to happen, I was chasing this dude on his last hook and he somehow gave me the shackle that slows and hinders you as the killer, I check after the match and not a single person had champion of light or any add ons or perks that would have done that. Just a closet cheater

From a programming point of view, it doesn't take much time to encrypt the server data so it can't be read, it's pretty bad that BHVR just has that data not encrypted in the first place, it would at least stop the sniping issue if it was added.

The largest DBD streamers need to join together and force the devs to address this. I quit playing DBD a year ago because of hackers and toxic community

I’m someone who uses cheats and I can tell right off the bat if someone else has cheats (the cheats will “detect” if someone is moving faster, say I have wall hacks and I can see you running at 103% instead of 100%, I can see a gen at 59% then it suddenly jumping to 89% , you get the picture. Or you’re repairing faster or healing etc- of all my time cheating- I’ve only run into one rage hacker and one subtle one. 😂😂. Ppl really be making stuff up about how they get cheaters every other game.

Most likely not. DBD streamers need to be updated on every dlc that comes out. So they’ll keep buying the DLCs. And as long as BHVR keeps getting money, they won’t care about fixing the issue

Had a buddy who back in the day used to use cheats in single player games for similar reasons. If he was bad at them (first playthrough btw, everyone is going to be bad) he would feel humiliated and either find a full guide or resort to cheats to have some sort of power over the game.
For single player games, though, I hold the belief that it's up to the player to build the experience they want. So I don't really have an issue with it.
Not just big streamers are getting held hostage. I’ve been held hostage twice in the last month. They don’t wait for a hour but they do wait about 10 min or so and it’s extremely disheartening.

I've never seen a cheater before like an obvious one but yesterday with my friend we BOTH saw one and we let the killer kill us, even though they seemed to be more of a "silly" hacker it felt wrong to play with them
the worst ones are the speed hackers and the wall hackers, because of perks in the game it can be hard to spot, but sometimes you catch something weird or they arent as slick as they think and losing to that when you would have won feels bad tbh
THINGS those hackers will never experience in their degenerate lives:

2:33 “the devs don’t fix it” they do, they have multiples ways to catch cheaters hence why they (cheaters) use backup accounts. cheaters like to use broken logic the same way they like to play broken games. they just make new accounts n use new ips. devs fix things consistently, hackers find ways around it even more consistent.
its very easy to go the hardware ban, but they dont do that. because they sell a game everytime a cheater gets banned.

and those that are hardware banned have the clown as an icon with tears running down his face with the phrase 'i cant play normally so I had to cheat.'
@@Wat450there’s 5 “legit” cheat programs out there and 3 that done used personally have a hardware spoofer, the ones that don’t are a little cheaper but that means you just gotta find and pay for your own spoofer. There’s free spoofers out there but those are usually whack and works half the time, half doesn’t.
@@Wat450 No, it totally isnt that easy. Similar to a VPN, you can spoof your hardware to circumvent such bans, or use Virtual Machines and so on. I think the only thing that would happen with Hardware bans is that then legit players get banned after a while, because the hacker used hardware-ids that matched theirs, since there arent infinite IDs for every part of your computer.
So this method might bring down little jimmy who bought a little tool to cheat for a week, but groups like this, no. At least one of them will know how to circumvent such bans, so that might stop them for 10, maybe 30 minutes.
Also they wont sell any copy to such groups too. A few years ago Epic Games made it possible to get DBD for free, i think that lasted a whole week. In this week, those groups used bots to create like millions (if not more) of accounts to get the game for free, so their supply of new accounts to cheat on will basicly never run out.
Cheaters saying "blame the devs not the cheater" is like saying "blame the bank, not the robber." Like do they actually believe this philosophy? Just because a crack in the anti cheat exists doesn't mean you are obligated to take advantage of it. You CHOOSE to be an asshole. You are not forced.

One thing to note in these examples is that they were EU lobbies...I don't want to make this an us vs them but as an EU player, I massively prefer NA lobbies for this reason. These past couple of months i've noticed unusual circumstances in my games. Which at first I held down to a skill issue until I noticed things happening when said survivors didn't have certain perks. A burst of speed with no exhaustion perk, someone joining me on a gen and the speed going really fast but no toolbox or perk for it...and as killer, I had 4 cheaters who didn't have scratchmarks the entire game yet nothing to hide them. Even when mid chase.
I have heard of cheaters on NA lobbies - my friend recently got a blatant one. But EU sadly just feels a lot worse. And with october being a time where dbd tends to do very well because halloween....I could see some salty hackers deciding to try and make people miserable.

Funny thing is that I experienced this uprising of hackers as well in September.
But I am solo q main and the hackers were the killers. The amount of reports I file at the moment (and get the confirmation from BHVR that they took measures, ensuring me my report was legit). And it basically always were wallhacks, so ppl knowing far too much about the survivors without having any aura reading perks.
This video basically tells you it's extremely isolated to specific regions and it honestly doesn't happen as often as these videos make it out to be. You can also force your computer to cap out on RAM and force a crash avoiding a DC penalty.

Reason I'll go by a different gt for games and when they search it thinking that's my streamer name it doesn't work or they won't care seeing how they base ganertags with only ttvs

Really wish they would remove DC penalties. We have bots now that are usually better than the original player anyway. It would also help with people killing themselves on first hook.
I actually just ran into a cheater for the first time since 2021, which is really shocking, as it was insanely blatant, I don't understand how you can't code certain things that just wouldn't be possible so that if the code detects certain behaviors, it auto kicks the player
A lot of ppl are always saying they run into cheaters, claiming they run into subtle cheaters all the time but I think they’re just paranoid 😂. I’m someone who uses cheats and I can tell right off the bat if someone else has cheats (the cheats will “detect” if someone is moving faster, I have wall hacks and I can see you running at 103% instead of 100%, I can see a gen at 59% then it suddenly jumping to 89% , you get the picture. Or you’re repairing faster or healing etc- of all my time cheating- I’ve only run into a few rage hackers but one subtle one. 😂😂. Ppl really be making stuff up about how they get subtle cheaters every other game and how they get gaslit in end game chat but nahhh lol

The reason cheaters don't go after you spook is cause you would own them you are the eminem of DBD and everyone knows it you aren't afraid to call people out and tell it like it is we thank you spook
No it’s cause of how the snipe system works. I use the cheats, not proud but I’ll admit it lol. Won’t go into detail but the snipe system, you can’t just snipe someone if you have their name , the system will accept keywords and search lobbies with their keywords, like Tv or TTv, even if you’re on private mode it will work. That’s the biggest way to get into TTv lobbies. Now many bigger streamers have removed that from their name or are private, but once a cheater has marched with you before, they can capture a certain type of ID and add it to a list - you can search for that Id but it will “manually” ish go from lobby to lobby looking for that Id, this takes very long and sometimes the lobby will start before the system gets to that position. So spook is harder to specifically target
Funnily enough i had a wesker teleporting around the map while i was streaming as soon as i realised i dc'd and said to my friends to dc as well. Thankfully we didn't bump into the same person. But i did get booted offline a couple of times. I'm uk
A couple week's ago me and a friend were playing and we ran into a Ghostface that was blatantly cheating. His movement speed was way faster than what it should of been. He also just slugged everyone to make the game go on for as long as possible, it was very annoying. But it happens

on 4.4.2 and 3.2.2 the guy who verified and released dedicated servers asked us if we want better eac but since we mod outfits etc but bhvr can do the same thing but they won't for some reason the version that have that improved eac at this moment is 2.3.3 and beta 6.5.2
That reminds me of Coconut's video from a while back where he did the same thing. I believe the cheater he interviewed pretty much said the same thing to blame the poor cheat detection (easy anti cheat) the devs were heavily reliant on.

I posted a support ticket claiming that cheaters were crashing the server and giving me a dc penalty and behaviour support replied that my internet was the culprit, despite me having first consulted my internet service provider and being told that my service was running fine. It's nice to have confirmation that cheaters can in fact force a game to end and slam you with a dc penalty. Hopefully this gets fixed but it's not looking promising.

The part where he claimed his the boss of stream sniping was the first time ever I felt the most amount of cringe throughout my whole body. I had to close the tab for a few seconds to get my composure back and continue watching till the end.

A lot of these ppl that gives interviews like this are the cheater sellers, what they want is to showcase these cheats but have no platform, gens and others have given them a platform. Out of everyone that watches these videos, if even 1% went to get the chetats, you now have dozens more cheaters. The “hackers” now have new monthly client
Considering the cheaters state that they mainly just want streamers to DC and build up a penalty. BHVR should have a streamer form that people can fill out (I guess, similar to old twitch shirts), and if they get approved, said streamers dont get dc penalties

I got DbD for free on PS Plus when it was on the monthly games list and I have played for 6 years (or whenever Clown’s chapter dropped). I can’t imagine paying monthly just to have fake skill as a player.

Literally had 1 streamers in the past week, one the Monday and one the Friday and had to upload the videos. The first one used obvious cheats to escape, but the second one, they held me (I was killer) and the 3 other survivors hostage. So in the end I dced, as they even regressed the gens

i commented this on hens vid but i will say it again: these people are not doing this because they are sad or having a rough life, they are doing it solely because they think its funny and like ruining peoples days, careers, and lives. They are so extremely happy to be doing this, they do NOT deserve any of your pity, no matter how you feel about forgiveness. These people are scum, they are evil, and they love every bit of it. As a console player with crossplay on ive never caught a hacker but thats just my experience i play on a relatively low MMR
Instead of DCing or waiting the hour, Alt-4 (right?). I'm not a PC player, but essentially, just close the app to avoid the DC penalty. The server thinks there was a loss of internet connection. I always do this on Hitman to get around penalties with no issues. Rarely do I suffer DbD DC penalties from app closures because of game bugs. Therefore, when you're held hostage for any reason, close the app.
"you can't beat us" is crazy considering it's never a 1v1. It's 1 victim vs multiple hackers to stop one streamer
It never was a comparison about skill in the first place. Not even beating them in the game itself. They just think they can do whatever they want, because they kinda can. To be anynomous is quite a huge power. So thinking about about a 1v1 first hand is pretty naive ^^

If they can't block the cheats they need to add full replays like Fortnite has, and then have a team processing reports quickly and efficiently. There can't be so many that they can't get them under control with appropriate evidence. (also how does nothing in the game automatically detect everything is breaking and halt the match anyway?)
