The small white boxes at 9:45 are door/window contacts for the alarm. Basically when the two pieces are separated the alarm is set off

This place isn't actually "abandoned," it was just closed for refurbishment. It reopened again in May this year.

Fun fact: every building thats been abandoned is alarmed. Either by a security company or tge new owner, they'll be a alarm inside always regardless if the building is being demolished
