I think Battlefield V failed at having no big wars. In BF1942 we had submarines and big battle ships... if it worked in the new engine, why didn't they add them to the game? WW2 without huge battles doesn't feel too good
I remember playing this when it first came out thinking to my self “gaming can’t possibly get better then this “ unfortunately I was right then the of 2019 happened and everything started going downhill gaming tv movies sports EVERYTHING this game was to me the best last thing they released I literally couldn’t believe all this was in a game and function correctly imagine games like dayz with this kind of engine … a man can dream 😅

This battles have good potential, but the crew is always stupid af. They dont know to use torpedos, or the random captain doesnt know that he need to face the enemy with your side not the bow, so guys can see where their projectiles go and use torpedos ofcourse
I always found it weird how in every other map within 0.4 seconds of the dreadnought spawning in it is completely full, and yet on heligoland bight it can go up to a minute without even having a captain
Dude, I know your probably not some Top Tier World of Warship player nor some genius naval war/strategy player, but you were in a battleship (HMS Iron Duke for those who even care), and you were in the captains chair, so u had full control and reign on where the ship was going to go and how it was going to get there... You completely failed as a captain lol. First, you were rubbing up against the shore line the whole time, even before engaging the other BB. Second, its like you totally forgot that there was another set of guns on your aft because you didn't even try to let your number 2 seat gunner in the back help you fire at the enemy BB. And Finally, you just decided to stay in that one spot the whole fight with the other BB... Dude... Wtf... You weren't positioning your ship right, you weren't letting you back gunner help you, and you stood in the same spot as a DD (Destroyer, in this case the L-Class), a BB (Battleship, in this case the enemy Dreadnought [HMS Iron Duke]), 2 Torpedo Boats, a mini airship, and several aircraft pounded you... Again, not like you are a smart, Top Tier, strategic WoWS player (Which I'm assuming), but Jesus man, at least use common sense... Let you ship, your WHOLE ship, engage the enemy while moving and flanking/getting behind them.
Jesus guys, calm down lol. I was just giving some of my constrictive criticism to this man, wasn't trying to insult him nor make myself look like some pro-strat gamer. Sorry if this rubbed some off the wrong way, but I swear it was my very last intention.
