私の会社も似たような機械を作っているメーカーですが、この様な自動機って１つの工程でトラブルが起きると全て止まることになる為、度々呼ばれます。
時間関係なく夜中でも呼ばれます。
このように上手く生産出来るようになるまでは本当に眠れなくなります。
本装置は沢山の方の苦労の結晶です。

Well ... Considering that this is an asian video and asian countries have the highest amount of bidets for toilets that could change .... in principle ... but i seriously doubt hat toilet paper will go away ;D

Always amazed at the engineering/technology of modern "miracle" manufacturing facilities. Incredible; the machines that make the machines for what is transformed into daily needs.
I am an Engineer and have built several custom processing machines, but almost every bit of this production line is way beyond anything I could have hoped to achieve.
Well done to all those who made it happen.
Appreciate your work. Technology in factories is amazing & so interesting to watch.

The technology comes mainly from Italy, Toscotec/Futura/Perini. And they build some 5-50 units each year. So they have improved this Equipment over ages. ......and the Video does not even show really the top technoly on the market

What always impresses me when I watch Japanese industry is how clean everything is. These people take pride in their work. I work at a paper mill in the states and our facility doesnt look anything like this. Management doesnt assign anyone to sweep or clean up. Everything is just a push to get the product made with as little spent on payroll as possible.
Japanese street are extremely clean too. Especially their public toilets are most clean all over the world!
Japanese streets are not clean, even their own stadium after games they toss things everywhere. Just go check it on TH-cam it's video of some western dude living in Japan.
The processing of the paper is very clean!

Seeing the toilet paper printed on, reminds me when you use to get toilet paper in different pastel colors. They had blue, pink, yellow and pale green.
Those pastel colors were cancer-causing.
Around 15 years ago I worked with the same type of company in Riyadh - KSA. Exactly same process of tissue making. 👍

I have never used toilet paper in the shower before, I'am sure it would get messy .
"shower toilet" in japan is the toilet with the bidet spray that sprays water to clean your butt. This type of toilet paper is extra thick to absorb all the water from the bidet spray.

They just used the Sears Roebuck catalog in the outhouse... Seriously, I think it was just folded paper squares..
My late mil grew up on a rural farm in southern Illinois. Apparently her family used both Sears and Montgomery Ward catalogs. They tore the colored pages out because they were too slippery.

今回はトイレットペーパーを見させていただきました。
巨大ロールペーパーを作ってから、通常のトイレットペーパーになるところが見応えがありますね。
巨大ロールペーパーを繋ぐ時に、あまりにも滑らかな風合いで、まるで質の良い布みたいに見えました。
ラインを流れていくトイレットペーパー達の姿も爽快感がありますね🎵
エンボス加工のような印刷も素敵ですね✨
日常生活で欠かせない紙なので、本当に愛着が湧きますね。
日々製造してくださる職員さんに感謝し、限りある資源を大切にしなくてはいけませんね。
