As a German Biochemist Ph D - the basis of ANY Addiction, bad lifestyle, poor health, ANY Misery - is over Rewarding and pain - allergy. Mental Strength is THE basis of All Life! Any Sports and Training will help to build Strength on ALL levels. Pain Allergy opens the Gates for Addictions and quick fixes - that only increase pain and misery.

Needed this, I was feeling weak. Thank you. On the positive self-talk part, you helped me realize that when I play at my best, I tend to be very arrogant and aggressive. I'm going to start using that side of me more often when it comes to games. Again thank you for this video!

Coach Dan , another great video .When I was younger I saw two of my friends at different times in my life get rocked . And I had to kind of bring them up as they were disappointed in the outcome .

How often do you think we should mentally train? Or should we do it when we feel that we need it

Because most people don’t understand mindset is everything and rely on their physical abilities and just focus on getting strong and fit

I wish my coaches from high school understood me when I was playing softball. I just felt like they never understood me.
