Nik has always been one of my secret 80s hero's with his catchy pop-rock songs. I've just bought tickets for his 7 December 2024 performance in Amsterdam. Will be my very fist time seeing him live. Finally, after all those years ......❤🎉
My most played artist ever! Pure Genius! His music is classical and Timeless I feel so lucky that artists like him exist, I really hope he releases music for ever.
Always have loved your music. Finally got my Ibanez (because I can’t afford a Hagstrom Fantomen or an Edwards guitar). Ready to play again, I have too many guitar songs I would like to write. Being in my head it gets a bit crowded. Love you lots. Be well.
It is so cool to see that Nik still looking young, what a nice interview in his home studio, i hope to join sometime one of his live concert somewhere. N.K still one of my prefer composer and a super guitarist i start following his great works since 1984. Special place in my
I hope Nik will release Deluxe Editions of 'Radio Musicola' & 'The Works' those albums are long overdue for re-releases and in my opinion 'Radio Musicola' is Nik's best album. 'Oxymoron' is an amazing album and I seriously hope that there will be a follow up album very soon.
good to see Nik talking freely in his studio. Just been listening to The Sky's The Limit again, love that track. I so respect Nik as one of the greatest pop songwriters the world has ever seen, certainly of the 80s.
Love Nik's work, including his artistically successful collaboration with the great Tony Banks on Tony's 1991 album *Still.* They co-wrote/produced/performed two songs on the album: "Red Day on Blue Street" and "I Want to Change the Score," which would, imo, have been hits had they been promoted.
The most admired and down to earth artist on this planet .. thanks Nik your songs , and if your ever in Thailand 🇹🇭, I’ll show you about 1 English man to another !!!
I heard One and Only yesterday on Netflix, I knew I’d heard it before but I didn’t really think, that sounds like Nick Kershaw, sure enough it was written by him. Lol
The moment when you search for an 80s star on youtube to look how old and wrecked he is in 2022 and realize: "damn, he looks better than 15 years before" o.O
I need to ask this of Nik and his deep fans... what is it about the song "Easy" that have kept you/him from playing it anymore? All I have is the original version from 'The Riddle' album, and an extended version that I cobbled together for my own listening enjoyment. Hope this wasn't an improper way to ask this, but I would love to know; being such a huge fan and all!
Is it too late to tell you I lovvvveee youu!!!! I was born in a different era but your song writing is so raw and effective sorry I don't have the right words to describe them.. Well I hope you read this comment and for what it's worth, I meant every word.

Still a huge Nik fan in 2022 and forever. Long live Nik Kershaw.
He's looking good and sounding very relaxed. Thanks for uploading.

Good songwriter. Underrated guitarist.
Such a lovely interview! Thanks! 😍
To be frank: Always loved your music. Shine on is one of my favorite songs and always will be...shine on, Nik!

I had no idea he worked on Nikita or wrote One and Only until now. Legend.
I always thought it was obvious that Nik wrote the one and only cos it has his signature sound. He's a genius

Q for Nik: Nik, why were the 80s so amazing? I lived through them, and on reflection the music was great.
Just saw him live on Saturday at the O2 Institute in Birmingham. No Glitz Just Hits tour. F@#£%^& amazing night, Nik is absolutely great live 🙌 👌
I will maintain until my dying day that this guy is a musical genius.
As an 80s pop star, he was cute. As an old man, he's a silver fox.
I heard One and Only yesterday on Netflix, I knew I’d heard it before but I didn’t really think, that sounds like Nick Kershaw, sure enough it was written by him. Lol
Surprising, based on the delivery and inflections on the first album, I thought Nik was German or Scandi.
He was such a good looking guy back in the day.
Not so much underrated, as unrecognised as a first class singer-songwriter and guitarist. He really is that good.
Unique personality, musical genius

Aged well considering the circumstances. Wasn’t a fan of him, but he does work hard for his creativity ✌️
Aged well under What circumstances?
