I have been coming to the area for over 25 years and have seen so many changes to the area. Fish Out Of Water used to be a very upscale restaurant with one of the best best beach views for a romantic dinner. Two years I went for dinner and I found a totally different place. No reservations were taken and the little shop you had to walk through remined me of a Cracker Barrel! Not the same and with a 3 hour wait I did not eat there.
I am ashamed to admit that I only found you two a few weeks ago through the Roku app, and am just now making it over to subscribe to your TH-cam channel! Great content on and off of 30a! I have been coming to 30a and the surrounding area for close to 20 years, and I find things in your videos that i didn't even know existed before. Sadly (for me at least) 30a, and especially Seaside, "ain't what it use to be", but that happens anytime word gets out about a great, laid back, quiet spot, it's no longer as great, laid back, or quiet.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are currently on a road trip however we will be back on 30a in a few weeks. David has lived on 30A renting the same condo for 16 years and they just raised our rent $900 so no, it is not the same as it used to be. We have a video coming out tomorrow with more to follow. If we do decide to head that route then we will definitely reach out to you. Right now we are going to be spending the next four months in Miami so we won’t need a place for a little while.

Have y’all considered buying an RV and living in an RV? That’s what we do, I manage a campground in DFS.
