I had the exact same boat once but it had been sold by owens. I believe there was a company in Arkansas that was building the Hulls and selling them to other manufacturers to put their names on it. Mine had a 40 horse Evinrude with very noisy crank bearings!.
My first "real" job was working at Burnham's in Lafayette. It was a sporting goods store and the guy that owned the place was super cheap so he always bought trailor kits and had us $3.35 an hour helpers put them together.
