Thank you for the suggestion! If you’ve seen all of our other videos, we typically view properties when it is not occupied. Unfortunately for this one the tenant lived in the property and also worked there so we couldn’t film it without them being on the place. How would you think majority people would want to narrate the video? What would you care most about if we ended up narrating it?

Nice house but it’s on a very busy street and noise not far from the bar and car are always moving at a face pace

If a house does not have a closet by the entrance for coats shoes etc, it is not a house.
Oh man!! That’s an interesting take. I grew up I philippines… most people would be glad to even have a roof over their head.
