The game is already 20 years old and it is still the best wrestling game. The main advantage of this masterpiece is of course physics and interesting modes. HCTP is better than any WWE 2K part. Do you know why they love Here Comes The Pain, it's because of physics that you clearly feel all the techniques ☺💪

idk the realistic nowadays doesn't give much satisfaction about the movements and sfx. Maybe 2K needs to try make it unrealistic version.

I love the combination of moves I can perform in 2k22-24, but nothing compares to these movement animations. Everything just feels so much more realistic in these older ones

They gotta locate some common sense in order to even think of this idea. Idc how tricky things get with licensing. That’s a billion dollar corporation. They could invest those millions into a remaster and recoup so easily.

Game came out 21 years ago and is better than WWE 2k24. Doesn't touch the AKI games because the No-selling and fast pace made it too unrealistic, but WWE 2k24's rope break issue and horrible reversal system can't even compete with this. Just goes to show that these developers are hiring the wrong people for the job and have no sense of gameplay.

I can’t believe people still play on the PS2 that doesn’t support trophies or achievements just look at the graphics they suck the oldest consoles I’ll play on maybe is the PS3 Xbox 360 for the trophies and achievements they sure do play better then the PS2
