Majority of the time I would be able to do it for 3-4 days but then the next 2-3 days went by with me studying absolutely nothing and as fas as i know, studying for as little as 4 hours is much better than being inconsistent.

as a 2024 dropper, here are MY Opinions(which no one asked for) 1. A lot of people think that offline coaching is better as it provides discipline. But, it's not completely true. I think it also depends on personal preference. For selection, I think what's important is self discipline which is under your control. At the end, it's you who have to work when you don't feel like it. And in terms of teachers, facilities provided by online platform are not any less (better actually)than offline coaching. 2.I think this is something that will naturally happens. When you will start studying, you'll realise what is wasting your time and energy and will try to give it up. 3. Definitely, you can have a social life but it will be different. You will be more conscious of where your time is going. When you have a Sunday you will priotize that over that birthday party to attend. It shouldn't be that you have decided that "from today,im not going to go anywhere and blah blah". Every once in a while, go out and have fun too. 4. This is an interesting one. If your hobby is like playing guitar or like art journaling, you can do them in breaks and stuff. But like hobbies like having a youtube channel etc can be time consuming. As you will be thinking about your comments, and how's people responding to it.idk there are people who are good at balancing as well(but majority isn't) 5. Agreed it's the depth and what are you studying >>> how much hrs you study. And when you'll focus on doing all your tasks, the hours will naturally increase. 6. This is somewhat correct. It just sounds all good but in reality, relationship during this time are not actually good(most of them). . There is soo drama that comes along with that. Relationships during this age are just based on insecurities.Work on yourself man then getting into an relationship btw, neet aspirant this side
the - online coaching sucks - is a big myth. what happened with me was, i was in kota for my half of 11th - for almost 6 months, i didn't feel any good, missed home too much and had too many digetive problems too. then i took decision to go back home and take online classes as my coaching live telecasts the same class live as well as recording. but the whole world got against me from relatives to hostel staff - 'Ghar pe padhai thodi hoti ha' 'bada pachtaoge' 'kota ki dharti me vidya rehti ha' 'kyu dar gaye kota ke bacho se' 'bhagoda ha, bhag gya' but the good thing was, my parents let me do what ever i wanted, and i am studying comfortably at my home also my grades are hell lot improved ! i'm happy now :) ready for 2023

i cant say anything right now, im in online sem, so things are much easier comparatively. but what i have heard from seniors, it is nothing that isnt managable. its not easy by any means, but also not like jee. so you can definitely enjoy yourself here, but you cant slack off if you know what i mean; and that is good for your career in a sort of way
btw can u tell me how much time did it take for you to complete jee syllabus personally because I'm in 11th ending rn and I'm gonna start now so idk if I'm late to this jee prep thing
