- hi! 2021 was a rollercoaster ride for me, but nevertheless, it was an incredible year for me. i started youtube, gave jee and got into college!
with the new year starting, i wanted to do something different this time. so here i share my goals and expectations for 2022

Just a small tip on workout is that start with 15 mins workouts and then increase time gradually
I did the same and now I workout for 1 hour
