I have an older Garmin Nuvi 2360. I have tons of favorites saved, can all those saved favorites be transferred to this Drive Smart 65 through the Garmin Express app?
Yes, I'd really like to know the phone and text functions on this device. It would be good to have voice read out of text and reply ability, if not I'll keep using the phone Nav, but would prefer a separate device to use this function. Any information appreciated. Good video too 👍

Charging the GPS if it's 3 years old I would say and up the battery is worn a little make sure the top right corner the battery. Is showing charge the green sign? But if it's old it won't show fully but remember when not in use charge the battery with the boat lightning and signal that means it's charging. Weather with the AC wire in the house or the cigarette wire in the car if you're not going to a destination. Also when you shut the unit off totally there will be if you hold in the button likes a 6 second. You'll see the thing come up saying cancel or red off. You press red wolf. There's no use in the battery but there's a thing called sleep mode when you are shutting it off again. You can hold it 2 seconds. The screen will go black that means it's in sleep mode. It's being used the battery but very very little energy. The purpose of this is if you put it in sleep mode sometimes when you turn it on again you won't lose. Satellite quotes are the mechanisms in the unit but if you shut it off totally sometimes you'll loose
Believe it or not when you buy the same GPS with the Alexa option everything you just did is not possible via the voice command. Seems weird, but true I know this because I went from the one you’re using the one featuring Alexa
Watching this video was a complete waste of time. Up, down, weather, WTF!? Say some real shit, like "Find Address" or "Find Place" and then show if it understands where you tell it you want to go. My Nuvicam rarely understands addresses or the names of stores or restaurants when I use voice command. And after watching this video, I assume the Drivesmart 65 doesn't either. I wonder if the version with Amazon Alexa is any better?

I cant get my new garmin's to work with voice. Brand new out of the box. They do activate randomly when driving when i didnt say anything.

My headache here in Taiwan is the chinese street names in the GPS street view, lol! I only use coordinates.

Matthew Wharton I just bought mine and traffic data is updated from your mobile phone for free. You don’t pay anything.

I will have mine next week (with Alexa) but from what I read Alexa only controls Media and etc, not Navigation?
