I’m a truck driver and I work nights, starting at 8pm and I work 12 to 14 hours every night Monday night through Saturday morning. I usually just stay up all day Saturday upon getting off for the weekend before going to bed at 9pm after staying up close to 30 hours then sleep for 12 hours straight. I then stay up until between 4 and 6am Monday before going to sleep until mid to late afternoon before going back to work for the week. It would be nice to have a schedule more similar to yours but that’s not an option in my industry but that’s also why it pays extremely well. I gotta give you props for the work that you do, and having such a good attitude about it. I’ve definitely had my fair share of moments where I had zero patience over the years 😂
