First thing you need to know is the video is wrong. His circuit has two levels. At 1 bar he gets an empowered E. At 2 bars it empowers his ultimate to do massive damage on cast

No, we really don't lol. The game isn't even out yet to confirm any of this information.
A bit of misinformation about his ultimate is given. His circuit has two bars. If one bar is full he has an empowered skill. If both bars are full it empowers his ultimate to do massive aoe damage. I'm barely built just hit level 50 and it's doing 7k... I may be wrong and it may just cost one bar for either but I'm not sure

For those people maining Jiyan, you should go for "3-cost 5-star Cyan Heron" on web event.
Either way, I'll gonna get him no matter what. I already pre registered 10 accounts for reroll until I get him, or much better if I also got calcharo on beginners banner or nahida (I forgot her name) to serve as the team's healer and buffer.

What does liberation dmg:Finale count as ? Heavy atk dmg or liberation dmg.
His ultimate DOES do damage when you use it if you have full circuit charged... it may only cost one bar tbh im not sure

Well done, man. I really like your editing style. I kind of wished you had gone over his attacks strings in more detail.
Things like what attacks can be canceled and attacks you recommend to spam for dps ,and so on, since this game is going to be a lot more combat oriented than other gacha titles.

Wait so with the two comparison numbers, it just looks like CD in Wuthering Waves is just presented differently.
1.5x instead of (1+1.5)x (includes the base damage).
Meaning base CD for all characters is probably 150% as opposed to 50%. (Looking at Prydwen right now and I'm correct).
Definitely would have been confusing to see base 150% CD for all characters lol.
yeah it's 150% base, and it does include your 100% damage base damage. 150% CD in WuWa is 50% in Genshin, but it works in the same way. +50% crit damage in WuWa is the same as +50% crit damage in genshin (pre-mitigation)

How about his dubes ? Is it worth, and if its worth how manny? Or should you skip that banner?
His duplicates ? They’re called resonance chain or sequences, not sure which to go with. The translations weren’t clear on most characters. Sequence 2 isn’t clear English wise if it’s an additional percentage added or a percentage increase. If it’s an additional percentage it’s really good.
Sequence 3 is the best imo if the crit rate and dmg boost stacks. Still okay if it doesn’t.
Sequence 6 is a 120% multiplier increase to his liberation attack multipliers which takes it from around 65% to 143%.
Again, this is if the translations are correct.

His ultimate can deal damage but I'm not sure how to trigger it, the animation change for ult with dmg, he leap and thrust dowmward
You need to charge his green bar to enhance your active skills.

You made a mistake when talking about Crit DMG. In Wuthering Waves it shows 150% at base because it's considered as MULTIPLIER (so that would be x1.5). So, with that in mind, we'll be aiming for 300% Crit DMG in Wuthering Waves compared to 200% in Genshin.
In other words, these "150% Crit DMG" in Wuthering Waves is just a 50% Crit DMG from Genshin. Literally.

I was using 150% to show the damage output difference between the two games. If I want the damage in the two games to be the same then yes they would have a 100% difference in grit damage.

I did not understand the crit damage part...so u meant that crit damage is not necessary???
It is necessary, just that it’s not added above your damage.
So 1000 damage and 200% crit damage will give you 2000 final dmg. (1000 x 200%)
In genshin it would be 3000 final dmg because it’s your 1000 + 2000. (1000 + 1000 x 200%)
All characters start at 150% crit damage in WuWa.

He and calcharo are the best dps right now. But calcharo was a standard character where you can get on beginners banner, standard banner or loosing your 50 50 on event banner
