Hi Andrea, Quite interesting. Thank you both. I ordered the book. I'm curious to know if the paper has to be in contact with the skin, or on top of close is fine ? After 5 decades of self searching and so little results, can it be that simple ?! I just did the god allergy. It's a real one for me ! Did firm acupressure for 2 min. I feel the heat, but no release. I can wait a few days for the book.
I’m not sure, but for me, putting it on the skin feels more aligned. I’d try again because it could be deep and just because there wasn’t a release doesn’t mean there was not some progress.
I'd do more specific and repeat for any that come to mind. For example: Fear of God, Fear of God's judgement, Fear of being God, etc. If you react to any of the phrases, that's an indication to use it, in my opinion, anyway.
Can't wait to test this on my dogs!
