I'd suggest not going for the forward helix. I got a double forward helix and they are impossible to change on your own. They get loose from twisting them and then fall out and you have to go into the shop to get them put back in and even the person in the shop struggles because it's such a small space. It's really not worth it. One of mine fell out so I'm down to one and I'm considering taking that one out because it's really just a pain in the ass to deal with.
