    My recommendations
    Tribit stormbox micro 2 - $60 - 8/10 -
    A really great sounding speaker at an affordable price and also very compact. Perfect for biking or the beach.
    In addition, an application with an equalizer and a battery indicator is available
    Soundcore Motion 300 - $80 - 7/10 -
    Great sounding speaker with a nice customizable EQ and an adaptive EQ that changes the sound depending on position. But it can distort sometimes
    JBL Partybox Encore - $300-330 - 9/10 -
    A good loudspeaker with deep bass for a party. It has an equalizer app and has bass boost options that make it even better
    will enhance the party. Additionally, there are 2 microphones in the box (USA) and 1 microphone in the EU. I even prefer the encore to the boombox 3. New models have now better battery. - If you want to support me, subscribe my channel!

    Finally, someone shows proof the marshall plays deeper than the larger extreme 3.

      And I still saw you're comment from earlier it does play deeper but not by much it's just louder between 45Hz to 40hz the rest of the bass is rolled off afterwards which is fine. But the Xtreme 3 takes the win in sound quality

      @The Ascended Tech Ninja I will say this. The middleton doesn't sound good in some situations. If I have it sitting on my bed it's like it has no bass. Its like the bed absorbs the bass. But if I take it to work which is In a big pharmacy. I have it placed in the corner of the pharmacy on a big stainless steel table and the bass is really impressive. The deep rumble is surprising. One employee ordered one when they heard it walking by. I think the unique driver layout and 360 audio hinder it in some areas but if you find the right location it really does sound impressive.

      the marshall still loses. the bass is fake, no kick or attack...and missing treble. on higher levels the marshall sounds real shitty. Better get a teufel rockster cross for the price..it destroys it. or a jbl xtreme 3...

      @M. # is your name Oluv? How about you have your own opinion and not someone else's. I knew he wouldn't like it. I agree it's not good over 60% volume and it's lacking some kick but imo the deep rumble it has is quite impressive. In my cornor at my work the bass gets this enhancement from the walls and it sounds much bigger than it is

      And if you only like fske bass up to 60% okay - that doesn't mean it is a good speaker. It is still shit for the price and overall sound is bad. If i want rumbling bass, i bux a subwoofer 😁 and as i said, the teufel rockster cross destroys this easily while beeing cheaper also

    A bit much upper bass and slight boxiness which can give additional warmth, but the deep bass is really impressive, especially if you have advantage of room mode below 50hz. But mids and treble sound more even and hifi on the JBL.

    Both get the same bass low limit, but as xtreme ceases to sound notes it ceases to excursion too, so the bass is more genuine and no just vibrations, because the excursion without sound (heard in marshall) is noticeable

    Thanks a lot for this comparison. I watched Floss video and others including yours and I wasn't convinced at all the Marshal was anything to pay attention to. Well this video prove me wrong but the Xtreme 3 wins in this comparison from what I heard. It has proper and more defined stereo separation and the highs doint get jumbled which was more noticeable at max volume compared to the Marshall. Although the Marshall has deeper bass but not by much and has more mids. Since each channel is on a side playing in stereo it fills up a room better if it's in the middle but most of the times people have their speakers closer to a wall so I couldn't really see myself using the Marshall since one woofer is mostly blocked off. Keep up the good work 👍

    • @DominikReviews
      @DominikReviews  ปีที่แล้ว +11

      if you listen to deep instruments in music, a marshall with a much larger sound space, something like 360, will be better played. Xtreme 3 is harsh in the treble at high volume. At maximum, I have the feeling that none of them are pleasant to listen to.
      But jazz, rock, metal, classical > Marshall Middleton
      Disco, EDM, Rap > Xtreme 3

      @@alexlittig7927 you mean the xtreme has more mid bass, because, specially at maximum, the xtreme has very little upper bass, that’s why it sounds thin. Now, if the Middleton has less upper bass, that’s not good, it has not a balance bass.

    • @alexlittig7927
      @alexlittig7927 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Miguel Kiesse it's got Ok mid bass but upper bass slam is just average. It's tuning is mostly for that deep rumble instead of slamming bass where you feel the kicks in your chest. Motion boom plus has tons of upper bass slam I can physically feel it thump. But it can't do deep bass. Same with boombox 3. The boombox 3 has a lot of rumble between 40 and 65hz than it falls off a cliff. Not much slam.
      While that is a downside of the middleton I don't care. I much prefer the deep rumble to the hard-hitting mid to upper bass. The only speaker I have that can effectively do all bass well is my devialet Phantom 2. Insanely deep sub bass down to 18hz. Then on a track with slamming bass, it will thump your chest when you crank the volume up part 80%
